I would gladly trade the convenience of being able to buy a new pair of shoes on a Sunday for the quality of life and family values that used to exist prior to the consumer revolution. I got off shift/weekend work some years back. But I spent a lot of nights and weekends in control rooms when I would have rather been on the range.
