  1. I buy local as much as I can, so I go to the Dillons store in Scottsdale, Arizona . They are great folks there and always answer my questions.
  2. I sold my 650 to buy a 1050. Best purchase I’ve made. It’s the staging station and being able to seat the primers as low as I want (it can be done on the 650 but isn’t as variable). With the larger frame of the 1050 I find that my reloads are way more consistent than with the 650.
  3. I found that my trigger pull was reduced slightly by using the 3 coil sear spring. Patriot Defense and Ben Stoeger have reduced springs available for every spring in your Tanfoglio. They all play a role in the performance of our unicorns. Just polish away, try different springs and most of all have fun with your Tanfo! There great pistols.
  4. I use Lehigh Defense copper fluted bullets. The ballistic gel tests are unbelievable. Look on YT. I think the 380 and 9mm bullets are 90 grain.
  5. First time seeing this. Finally! This plate system makes sense.
  6. SNS used to have a comment on their website about using a powder that is slower than #13 on the burn rate chart.
  7. There are several “Hunter” models on a popular gun purchasing website that ends in *******oker.com .
  8. Nick, I’m using SNS 125 grain round nose bullet. I’m using a 6lb recoil (long slide) and the slide is stroked 0.33”.
  9. Nick, I load at 1.06” and all is good with my Tanfoglio. Did that sear spring work out for you?
  10. Ezra650, interesting idea about using 38 super dies to make the base of the 9mm a bit smaller. Thanks.
  11. I was loading HS-6 and when I switched over to AutoComp my loads were 1 grain less than HS-6. Both were about the same dirty wise.
  12. I’m not selling nor have any interest in this but there’s a guy on a major gun selling site that has been selling used Tanfos. He has more for sale than all the others selling theirs. Well maybe not really. There in Scottsdale, AZ. Maybe he bought all of eaa’s stock?
  13. Maybe I can get a 40SW upper now . EAA won’t be missed by very many.
  14. Yup, if you remove the safety and look on the “drivers” side at the base of the shaft will/or should be a small retained detent. The spring could be broken or worn out or missing. This is what is keeping the safety from snapping into place.
  15. At Area2 this last weekend a competitor who was in production dropped a magazine with rounds in it after shooting 11 rounds. Moved to open. He did realize his mistake and jokingly said this is his first open classifier .
  16. I shoot my gold team upper on my Limited Custom slide. It puts just a bit more weight out front. Honestly, nobody will really see the longer dust cover.
  17. They don’t have Tanfoglio listed anymore. Anybody know Italian?
  18. I wouldn’t look forward to having a warranty from EAA. If you change a spring they won’t “honor” the warranty. Sad.
  19. NO, your the cool kid using a Tanfoglio. They are a sleeper that just needs a bit of polishing.
  20. I saw them for a very short time, then gone. I was looking for one also.
  21. I bought one about 6 months ago and I just couldn’t get it to work. Contacted uniqetek and they sad to try this and that. Just couldn’t get it to work. I put the mr bullet feeder funnel back in and I’m good to go.
