  1. When I load 9mm I use already sized, swaged and rollsized brass. This way I don’t have to lube my brass when I load it.
  2. I haven’t had a pistol rechromed yet. I need to though.
  3. I retired my stock2 that had just over 120k rounds through it. It still is a good backup gun. Replaced with a Defiant Stock. I actually like it better. These guns run and run. Enjoy.
  4. This is a thread that I started recently about case pop.
  5. Give Joanna or Joe a call. They are great to deal with.
  6. I agree that the DA case feeder plate is worth every penny. It runs so much better than the Dillon small pistol plate.
  7. I couldn't get mine to work. Threw it into the magazine box. Sorry I couldn't help. I never could get it to run.
  8. Also you can remove the primers from the tube and put the tube back into the magazine. Look down from the top of the magazine and see if the primer pocket in the shuttle is lined up with the magazine.
  9. You're very welcome. That's why I posted it. If we don't know, we can't fix!
  10. Found this video on You**** and found it very interesting. Main part to watch is between 0:20 and 0:25. I'm going to think about this.
  11. The new and improved guide rod fits into the 'pocket" of the frame (where the slide stop/barrel base resides) which doesn't move around like the original guide rod.
  12. I've had this happen also. I better go check my press........
  13. Patriot Defense: https://patriotdefense.com/tanfoglio-defiant-gold-match-barrel-6/
  14. I have better than 40k rounds through my stock2 using a dovetail plate. The optic has come off twice while shooting. The SRO is as close to duty grade as you can find. My SRO is on a milled slide now.
  15. Since the previous owner put in an Extreme part it might of been the sear. If that's the case an adjustment to the sear might be needed to get the double action to work. We won't know till you put back the disconnector and pin. While your waiting for the parts take a look at MemphisMechanic's videos on YouTube. Well worth the watch.
  16. I'm not on Facebook or any of the other data grabbers. The way my automated 1050 is working like I always thought it should work. Just wanted to share that I got rid of the Powder Drop Blues.
  17. Just drops right in. The only thing you can do is limit the amount of pre and over travel on the trigger if you want. I don’t mess with these things as it’s a place of failure.
  18. I've had my Dillon Super 1050 for a couple of years and last year I bought a Mark7 auto drive. In trying to work through the powder funnel pop it was driving me crazy. I tried polishing the Mr. Bulletfeeder powder drop and it helped a little. The big problem was the Torque Sense tripping every time I loaded a round. So I turned the TS off and I had to turn up my Digital Clutch sometimes up to level 6 just to get the press to run. If I had a jam sometimes I would damage the shell plate due to the torque being placed on it. Read a post from years ago that said to use a Lyman 'M" die to flair the case mouth then you can use the original Dillon powder funnel. Yesterday I got the M die from amazon and decided Its time to test this out. Night and day difference. Torque Sense turned on, digital clutch at 1, M die over the swage station and Dillons powder funnel at powder drop. Smooth like it's supposed to be. No pop or bang and now I can run the auto drive the way it was meant to be run. Mark7 says that you need to turn off the Torque Sense if your having trouble getting the Mr. Bulletfeeder powder drop to work. I'd rather have the TS turned on to help protect my press and parts. I do process my brass completely prior to loading so I don't lube my brass.
  19. Your right. Maybe check with PD. Maybe they have one laying around.
  20. I'd contact Patriot Defense. They've responded quickly each time I've contacted them with questions.
  21. Patriot Defense has replacement barrels that are threaded. They sell comps also, I know because I bought them from PD. This thing a so much better than a Gold Team top end which I have also.
  22. I put an Armanov click adjustable attachment to my powder drop. Once dialed in it keeps my drops very consistnt.I can come back a month later and the drop is still the same. The adjuster isn't cheap but its one less thing I need to worry about in my reloading process. https://www.armanov.com/shop/clickable-powder-thrower-adjustment-knob-135?category=2#attr=197
