Hot yoga is horrible, stay away. I see patients all the time with severe electrolyte imbalances after attending those classes.

Any future plans? I'd like to get into one of his classes next year or maybe in the off season after this season wraps up.

The isler Custom gunworks carbon fiber handguard is hard to beat, if i didn't go with the Aero S-One i would of gone with Isler. Myabe on the next one....

I used the ATC AR15 gold trigger in my most recent PCC. It constantly would do full auto/3 round burst. A buddy of mind says that he has used their 308 trigger and it works flawlessly. Rumor also has it that they are working on a PCC trigger.

Anyone have experience with a .40 cal Major open gun? Seems like a cheaper way to get into open with the risk of 9mm Major.

As an RO i'm fine with it as long as the muzzle stays pointed downrange and the finger stays out of the trigger guard.

A positive attitude is a must. I try to stay laid back and positive at all of my matches. It has opened up a lot of opportunities to me. +1 for the OP

Out of all the upgrades i've done to my 650 the InlineFabrication Skylight is by far the best. Get one asap.

I became an RO after about a year of experience shooting USPSA. It helped me have a better understanding of what i was doing in matches.

I had this same problem recently. A buddy of mine is working on helping me "Imprint" the stage into my mind. i've noticed if i take an extrafew seconds before the buzzer to run the entire stage in my head i tend to forget less targets.

ON my 16'" barrel with Odin works compe and another with the Full Sail Break i can get my comp to activate with a 124gr RN with 3.6 gr of titegroup.

I use the Vortex Venom for normal USPSA matches and holosun 503c for multigun

I've used the Rainier Arms Ultra match barrel with great success. Recently switched to a shooting innovations barrel that also works fantastic. I'm getting 1.5" groups at 100 yards with the SI barrel

Titegroup is cheap and works well. Little dirty, but not a big deal

I have a couple of the Wilson combat firing pins, they seem durable and haven't had any problems yet.

If you dont want to waste your time with calculating spacer distances and really tuning the gun, pick up the Shooting innovations Recoil reduction system. It is a drop in system that does a damn good job of mitigating recoil and dot bounce. most importantly it gets rid of the annoying spring noise in the buffer tube.

I had the 5, got so sick of the sounds i sold it and bought the plane Hero Session. Sound is much better. If you want the best of both worlds use a 5 for your video and a Hero session for audio.

Ive done a lot of testing with that wave spring. a lot of it will change based on the gun. My pcc likes the Hydro buffer, AR10 spring and a 3/4" spacer. I didn't notice a difference with a wave spring, so i took it out. my buddies on the other hand love the wave spring with a similar setup to mine.

When I used Hiperfire (I recently switched to Elftmann) i used the lightest springs. i never had any issues with it. test them all out and see what works for you. and if i remember correctly the lightest springs provide the hardest hitting hammer. keep that i mind for your firing pins longevity.
