I finally got around to installing the Canik trigger pin yesterday. Are there two sizes because I looked at the PD website and the CGW part number says for CZ75 and the pin I have has a 2.46mm diameter. Is this the correct pin for the Tanfoglio/EAA? Seems to fit and work ok.

I may be mistaken but isn't the disco only for DA.

The green grips look like the factory grips that came with my Ltd. Custom but Tanfoglio marked.

I think I know what the OP is talking about. On mine, there's a little bit of an easy 2lb or so pre-travel before it hits a firm 6-7lb second stage just before the half-cock engagement then it's all smooth 5-6lb pull to trigger breaking.

I use the unfluted ends of old broken drill bits to make slave pins. I've use q-tip stems before too. Dunno how I managed without slave pins in the past 'cept for a whole bunch of cuss'n.

Would fine tuning the magazine's feed lips so that the rounds are slightly upward pointing resolve this problem?

Well, installed my Xtreme FP block tonight. Took about 90mins of fitting. I didn't want to rush it and ruin it so I took my time knocking off a thou or two at a time. I ended up at 0.499" length compared to the factory one at 0.490".

Gonna have to see who in Canada carries the Tanfoglio thumb rest. They look nice and low profile.

Thanks. Right now the factory safety is pretty much disabled since the sear sits lower with the Titan hammer I recently installed. I guess I could have left it as is but figured disabling safeties might be pushing lady luck.

I believe factory front sight height is 7.5mm

Cajun doesn't ship to Canada. CGW used to but I thought I read somewhere that they stopped. I ordered the Canik version from Patriot Defence.

lol, you and me both. I figrued if I was going to start shooting Standard Div, I might as well start looking into every possible advantage. I've got an IPSC Alex rest on order and might check out the Toni Systems AD3X as well and then sell whichever one I end up not liking.

Nice thing about the RM holster is that you can flip the trigger lock on/off on holster pretty easily with the flick of the finger.

Some manufacturers (esp polymer frames) have variances in their molds so some trigger guards might be a hair wider than some hence why you may have to fine tune the fit. My 1911, Shadow 2 and Tanfoglio blocks did not require fitting.

I used a 11lb when I was shooting 135PF loads. Then 10lb at 130PF before switching to an 8lb. My buddy is running a 10lb with factory Blazer rnds and no signs of peening etc. Runs pretty flat.
