  1. I have swapped the original shuttle spring for a Beretta 92 spring cut down by about an inch and a half, and it has twice the power of the original but I still get the hangups. 380 is a problem bit I am getting this with straight 9mm cases Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk
  2. Fellas I have a 1050 super with about 10k through it, setup for 9mm. About the last 1000 rounds I have been having trouble with the case feeder shuttle sticking back and not feeding a case. I cleaned thoroughly, lubricated first with grease and then with oil, and the problem persisted. I then tried replacing the spring with a stronger one, and while that helped somewhat, it didn't fix the problem completely. About 10% of the time it fails to feed a case. It seems like the weight of the cases above in the feed tube are binding on the mouth of the case waiting to be fed. Any ideas? Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk
  3. I have a mpx and it liked hot ammo for the first thousand or so.....now that it's broken in I can run my 130 pf uspsa ammo through it....it just runs... Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk

  5. Look up Memphis Mechanic....he may be looking to sell his 650 to upgtade to a 1050 Mark 7. Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  6. How much trigger work do you have done to those pistols? If you want a superlight trigger in one of those platforms, you will need to find a boutique reloader or do them yourself....using fed primers that are set deep as hell Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  7. 1050 with a mark 7.....and a rf100 for primers. After you pay it off you will not regret it Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  8. I hadnt considered that! Interesting.....I think that might be worth a little experimentation as well! Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  9. I have had my 1050 and Mark 7 for about a month now and that was something I considered as well, just not sure I want to give up the swaging station. I have even considered adding the swage sensor to detect 'ringers.' From what I have heard its just a matter of time till I get a kaboom from detonating a primer on a ringer case. I just cant bring myself to take that chance. Maybe I'm just a coward! Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  10. I might like to try that. Not a huge fan of the 1050 powder dropper flare. Tenda to stick to case mouths even when cases are lubed. Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  11. Where will u flare your casemouth? Or will you use a ptx die? Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk

  13. Thanks 78! I had come to the same conclusion but just wanted to make sure. I am running with a mark 7 on this, so I was hoping to use their powder check sensor just because things are moving so fast. I did order a camera and it should be here on thursday. Now can I be attentive enough or focused enough to keep an eye on the screen? [emoji3] Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  14. Thanks! How do you like that seating die? Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  15. Guys Just got my first 1050 in 9mm and im looking for recommendations on toolhead setup. I load polymer coated bullets so I want to run separate seating and crimp stations, but I also would like to run a powder check as well. I am currently running powder drop with mr bulletfeeder expander in station following primer seating, and then mr bulletfeeder following that. Thanks! Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  16. Move this over to Dillon reloading equipment and you will probably get a quicker response. FYI I am jealous as hell. Ive been eyeing one of these for a while and just cant seem to pull the trigger..... Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  17. Wet tumble using armor all car wash and u dont need case lube....i swear by it Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  18. Maybe you are getting distracted? In the past I have had a tv on in the area, now I will only have a radio playing. I have had two squibs, none since getting away from the tv. I use a LNL as well, and look in each and every case. Just go slower if you have to. The light system from inline fabrication helps too. Good luck! Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  19. Thats a good deal compared to new....and thats IF you can find a new one. Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  20. Im not far away, just south of Detroit. Ill have to see if any of my stuff is IPSC legal Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  21. I just actually took a wolf 13lb comp spring and cut two coils off the other day....6-13 da and 3-11 sa averages....a few light strikes on SB primers in my own handloads.....havent tried winchester or fed primers yet....this was in my WC Brig Tac..... Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  22. Toledo is about 45 min south and has a bunch available. Dundee Mi is about 20 min away and has a Cabelas and at least one new hotel. Other than that you are looking at Jackson, Chelsea, Ann Arbor.....just not much in Brooklyn. Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  23. LOL! I just like the trigger time, and its still mentally challenging even though the courses of fire are simpler. Dealing with all the extra rules keeps me on my toes. I stopped counting the number of times Ive had to pick up a mag off the ground that still had ammo in it! Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  24. Its all about the shell plate being tight...if its loose you have no chance Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
