You can also get clear grip tape, then you can see all the air bubbles and smooth them out. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

    grip tape

Jessup or Black Diamond grip tape should do the trick. You can also get a roll of 3m safety grip tape it's a bit more aggressive. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  3. I would suggest using a dremel with a pretty robust tip just to get to the plastic. Then, pick away and scrape away. At least that's how I did it. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  4. This is what I used on the last one I did, it was pretty solid Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

  8. I have removed silicone carbide from 3 grips, started with a dremel and ended up using a small flat head screwdriver, and different picks. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

  15. I had to widen channel where the slide goes front to back. It would drag and slow the slide down. Where the slide stop goes through the frame between the outside and the contoured part Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

  19. No problem, just looks like the tab on the spring is a little long. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  20. When you remove the mainspring housing the sear spring will come out. If you're not comfortable taking it apart I would send it back to your Smith. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  21. I would take it apart so you dont grind up that new grip. You have to leave enough to catch the tab that holds it in place. Then it has to go back together correctly. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  22. Looks like the tab from the sear spring is extended through. I would think it would have to be adjusted or trimmed. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
