  1. Bowenbuilt is right it's very large and light flakes it metered very bad for me in a lee pro auto disk, my rcbs measure meters it ok. I've had good luck with 9 minor loads and .40 major and minor. Did seem s little dirty on the low end for me.
  2. Not every gun has the same length chamber. That's the max for your specific gun. I'd load a few thousands shorter than 1.146 to be safe and call it good. That's not a short load by any means, will work fine. If you're using data for a longer coal just start on the low side.

I've had both czc magwells, both had no issues with czc basepads. I'd do the czc fiber made for the fixed rear, it kept my Poi the same as factory. Not sure on the grams followers/springs but I got a reliable 20 rounds with czc ones.
  4. Were your previous boxes marked .357? The u die could be sizing the brass to where the same crimp measurement may actually be putting more of a groove in the bullet.
  5. im curious about their plated as well.
  6. Gives a visual aid at least in reverse order you hold the metal bracket to the mag body through the hole in base pad and slide.
  7. I have a micrometer adjustment as well that's not an issue. If I went with 200 instead of 220 would 155 or 165 be a better choice at the same charge for minor?
  8. Not sure why everyone is being so hard on the op. He's new, something didn't seem right to him so he asked a question and he didn't ask for a refund. I've used a few brands of bullets and have not seen weights that far from what was stated before so I can understand his frustration.
  9. I'm going to be loading major and minor for my 2011 .40. Just bought vv n320 to use and am thinking to simplify things I'd like to use the same die settings and charge weight for major and minor. Was thinking xtreme 220 grain for major and 180 grain for minor. Both at around 3.4-3.6 at 1.20 oal or whatever it takes to make 170ish pf with the heavier bullet and stay above 125 with the lighter. Are these weights a good plan for doing this? If not what do you think would be?
  10. Thanks I won't worry about it and just throw out the first few charges.
  11. Any lighter recoil springs available for k100 gp6? My reloads that make minor leave the brass at my feet and occasionally hit my hands. Loving the gun more each time I shoot it though!
  12. I like my rcbs pro 2000 auto index! Also Have a fair amount of time on a dillon 550 and I'd say they're different but one is not superior.
  13. I have tried 5.1gr - 5.5gr of Longshot behind 124gr Extreme RN and my experience is different. I perceived the recoil to be slower and more of a push. Slow enough to witness the slide "pause" before moving forward after each shot. Shooting out of CZ P-09 and P-07. I've heard people talk about this and I don't see how it's possible. In slo mo footage even with light recoil springs that keep the slide open longer the gun is back in battery before they even lift their finger to reset the trigger on a double tap.
  14. How do you get the brass and 10 percent? It only let's me use 1 code.
  15. I made some 9 minor loads with longshot just to try it out. Was dirty and sharper recoil than faster powders.
  16. I'm surprised there is no buyer/seller feedback system on this forum. It's great to have on other forums I've used.
  17. I like to drop a bullet in a fired case then push the case in until it bottoms out and gently pull out and measure then subtract a few thousands for you length. Much less trial and error.
  18. I have the rcbs included powder measure on my pro 2000. It works well but with one weird issue. If I start loading and the press has sat for an hour or a day the first drop or two is always a few te the higher. Example I'm set up for 4.1 grains of 700-x the first charge is normally 4.3 followed by a 4.2 or 4.3 with the subsequent charges right down to 4.1. After that it's very accurate I throw 10 charges and check for accuracy getting 40.7 to 41.2 consistently. Anyone else had this issue?
  19. Talked to shooters connection and they Checked the other holsters they had. 12 were wrong like mine. One side of the thermoplastic was never molded. And another bunch were molded but the screws were too short to work once u put a gun in. Sounds like they are having some real qc issues at ghost. Shooters connection is taking good care of it tho.
