  1. Got mine, opened it, [edit] , put it in the envelope, stamped and mailed it all in the same 5 min.
  2. After that video I'm ready to shoot now. Just doesn't have to be Ohio people. Come one come all.
  3. I've been signed up for a long time now. My daughter just called yesterday and wants to go with me to cheer me on. She doesn't offer to do that often. So what can I do to help make this happen ?
  4. Nice looking gun Bob. I wish my XD was that pretty.
  5. Oh that 1978 Toyota Celica with the wire wheels and all the options. And the aftermarket stereo ROCKED those were the days. Second I'de have to say was my 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited bright red great ride and you could go anywhere anytime you wanted. I'm sure there will be others but these two stand out by far.
  6. Yup mine did the same thing when I first got it. Went to a wider safety and that stopped the blood flow
  7. Good job welcome to the club
  8. Limited all the way for me. Like Chris said lots of lead fast !!! I vote for the 170mm for limited too !!!
  9. WOO HOO Happy Birthday to all
  10. Jack I've had both the Treo 650 (palm os) and Treo 700wx (windows mobile) and i found the palm os is much better and easyer to use. I just upgraded to the Instinct and it is really cool. Full web pages, e-mail, music, TV, messaging, does it all. It's Sprints answer to the I-phone. Just my 2 cents. Good luck on your choice

  14. Welcome to the game. What I started with was Bladetech holster and mag pouches. Very good stuff and a great number of people in production use them. Three mags are not enough four is the min. if you dont drop one or miss alot. I always tried to have five on the belt and one in the gun. Sounds like alot but stuff happens. Example why more than three 32 round cof 3 10 round mags only 30 rounds can't finnish the cof. And you'll learn as you shoot more where you need to reload to pick speed and other things.
  15. Got mine at age 14 in 1971 troop 4 Springfield, Ohio. I learned so many things and had so much fun It's hard to put a finger on I defining thing. Congrats to all the Eagles !
  16. Mine average out to be between 1000 and 2000 a month. Practice and matches.
  17. I've been reloading for 3 years now and I'm no expert. I've used 1 lb of titegroup smoked a bit too much for me and switched to vv320 and haven't used anything else since must be over 20lbs by now. Same load and oal and have used precision deltaTC mg jhp, zero jhp and tc, bearcreek and winchester jhp and all work fine. All crono right around where I want them. Just my 2 cents
  18. Great job !!!!! Outstanding !!!!!!!
  19. I try to shoot 1 match a week May to September along with 1 livefire practice a week and a min of 4 dryfire sessions. Then I take some time off and just shoot league once a week. Kinda keeps the burnout blues away.
  20. Thanks Dave Jane and all the staff. The match was a great one. Shot saturday afternoon drank tons of water and had a great time. Thanks again
  21. I've just started this.I have access to a warehouse and I go there once a week. I start out with my full dryfire routine. Then I set up a cof that I can run from 3 different points/angles. And run them each 5 times. I work on getting in and out of positions shooting on the move(holding on target while moving) . Shooting while backing out of position. Transitions. I work on visualization between runs. Keeping low while moving and shooting. Difficult positions, around baracades, under things, and probably more things to come. I'm on my 3rd week of doing this and it seems to be helping. I remember to keep low at matches try to shoot more on the move and don't worry much about some of the difficult positions we shoot from. One thing I have trouble with is movers so soon I'll be bulding some of those (portable for livefire) to practicewith. Remember turn your weaknesses into strengths.
  22. The ghost is a good holster when you use the half lock position. On the draw your hand just naturally unlocks it when you grab the gun.But it's locked while seated, running or whatever till you need it. I love mine too.
  23. man for some reason I thought we were shooting sunday like we always do so the hotel is reserved for sat night UGH
