  1. SIG Sauer P320 with a SIG Romeo 1 milled into the slide. The P320 will be available in the near future with the milled in Romeo already attached. If you are at Nationals today it's hanging around the SIG tent near Stage 10.
  2. http://www.uspsa.org/uspsa-NROI-ruling-details.php?indx=30 Created: 3/06/08 Updated: 6/02/14 Rule Number: Appx D4 Spec Ruling Authority: John Amidon Question: Does the CZ decocker or others similar, lower the hammer sufficiently to comply with Production division, and if not, how would they comply with the wording in 10.5.9 without being DQ'd? DNROI Answer: Manufacturers have installed decockers to take the hammer safely to a position that is deemed safe, therefore; the term fully decocked is the position that the hammer rest at once the decocker has been used. Altering a factory installed decocker to bring the hammer to rest at less than a half cocked position is not allowed. Return to Listing of NROI Rulings
  3. Great idea. What about allowing barrel porting or a compensator as well?
  4. Allowing frame mounted is an awful idea. That would be a big advantage over the slide mounted guns and would end up being the standard if you wanted to be as competitive as possible. Definitely keep it as is with slide mounted only.

Does the decocker take the hammer to a half cock position? If so then it see or as an advantage on the first shot.

So using the deckocker doesn't stop the hammer at the half cock notch? This is what would give you an advantage.
  8. I am totally with you. I watched the few stages she shot, and she did exceptionally well. Then I saw the news on your site. I wonder if she used her own gun to re-chrono? Hope it was just an equipment error on the chrono stage. Re-Chrono??? He might be thinking of IDPA where they chrono your ammo with a match gun unless it fails. At that point you can actually use your own gun for chrono to see whether that makes a difference.
  9. Right. If CZC mills a Shadow for a bushing and sells it as an ACCU model then it is USPSA Production Legal. If you buy a Shadow from CZC and send it back to have it milled for an ACCU bushing then it is illegal since milling on a Production gun is only allowed for sights. No one at the chrono table would be able to tell the difference because the gun is identical. In my view if the configuration that you present at the chrono is identical to an approved Production gun then it should be legal regardless of the path you took to get there. Another example is that it would not be legal to run a Glock 17 slide on a Glock 34 frame even though that gives you a Glock 17.
  10. The 92G frames sold by Beretta all have the square trigger guard and WC had been offering the modification to round the trigger guard for some time. There is absolutely a double standard in IDPA.
  11. Beretta builds the guns for Wilson, using Wilson parts. The only additional thing Wilson may do is the "action tuning" and trigger guard rounding and checkering
  12. With a stock weight around 34-35 oz I think you could get it down to CO weight by milling for the optic and then creatively taking some weight out of a few other areas.

I would think that the decocker would be the way to go. Not only does it make it easier and safer to drop the hammer while making ready but it leaves the hammer on the half cock notch so your DA trigger pull will be shorter and slightly lighter.
  14. As far as IDPA is concerned CZ Custom is not the OFM for the CZ competition pistols listed in the CZ USA catalog. Wilson Combat, however, is the OFM for Beretta Brigadiers.
  15. Any chance interim scores will be posted?
  16. I mostly just hate how it looks.
  17. Nice. That's in stock at CZ USA. It would get two and send the second to your favorite gun smith to have some length added.
  18. The P09 has a plug without a lanyard loop but it looks a bit shorter than the P09 plug. I am wondering if you could have some material added internally to the P07 part. http://shop.cz-usa.com/SearchByKeyword?word=Main%20spring%20plug%20
  19. Would this fit? http://czcustom.com/p07mainspringplug.aspx
