How don you like the WSF with coated bullets? What is your load?

I too have Titan Hammer with Gen4 FP ran 100% but the extended FPB is not working with Gen 4. I end up putting te Stock Oem FP and the FB work 100% with Federal. Waiting for my henning Gen 3 to replace the stock FP. The problem with the Gen 4 is that the diameter is to small compare to the stock one. Somebody posted FP measurement here I think.

The design of the Tanfoglio firing pin block makes it borderline useless. It's a passive block, meaning it's normally disengaged. The sear engages it when it drops down into the hammer notch, so if the sear slips out of that notch it will disengage. I wrote a thread on it here somewhereI think it serves a purpose when the safety is engaged and lifts sear and block to prevent the firing pin from moving forward. I guess it is possible for the hammer hook to release from sear if the gun dropped or gets caught by clothing or gear during draw. And if not tuned properly it can cause LPS by FP getting caught by the FPB

There's no one size fits all approach to this, you can do the above algorithm on few guns and it will yield different results:)

And learned it the expensive way, just use Federals or medium springs. Its equates to 1lb heavier trigger on Lyman gauge. What's the difference in the Xtreme 2.0 version vs the rest of the ones you tried?

My trigger bar is square on the top side and uneven, wish have taken some pics. Check your disconnector it might be to short, a new is just $8, ask me how I know:). How about during live fire? can you fire in DA? or is only during dryfire? This might sound weird but try this bifold a small piece of paper about 1 cm x 1 inch slide it under your disconnector, the whole idea is to lift it up incrementaly. mine was about 3 folds! Try it before buying parts. its free.

So much $$ and hours of tuning, testing. Is it the quest for a lighter trigger or a reliable one that would light up any primer? One of the S2 is flawless the other meh! same set up different results. I don't mind the time spent with the gun at all. I've gotten to know the internals of the gun very well. I do want an excellent trigger and reliability. I feel like I have those now. So what is your current set up now? WSP primer or fed only, please share.
