  1. So much $$ and hours of tuning, testing. Is it the quest for a lighter trigger or a reliable one that would light up any primer? One of the S2 is flawless the other meh! same set up different results.
  2. So what is the consensus now Titan Hammer is the way to go or Delta? Poee who have extensively test both please chime in. Is the Titan a worthy upgrade from delta?
  3. I changed to the titan hammer. Henning g3 firing pin, 13# wolfe spring. Did 50 DA shots w S&B primers --ZERO fails. With the Xtreme sear, SA is super crisp, no creep. Ordered direct, best price even w shipping. Did u have to polish the Xtreme sear? How is the quality?
  4. It does not. The CGW floating trigger pin really isn't necessary unless you punch the stock pin out often. The rolled steel trigger pin that comes stock works just fine but is more prone to damage when punched out. The CGW trigger pin is solid steel and easier to remove/install. More of a luxury than a necessity in my opinion. But that being said, I do like it and have it on six guns. Is there any slop in the trigger pull? The diameter of the pin is smaller in the middle.
  5. WTB Xtreme DA trigger. I know, better chance here than the classified.
  6. Please elaborate In my Stock 2 9mm I was running the Generation 4 firing pin. Ran it with Winchester Small pistol, and CCI Small Pistol. Had 2 light strikes out of 40 rounds of each primer in double action. Granted I know these are hard primers and they are practice ammo not match ammo, but while I was at the range I traded back to a Henning XL Generation 3 and the gun ran flawless in double action. I tested 60 rounds Double Action to see if it was the firing pin, and I can confirm the only difference was the Generation 3 vs Generation 4. WJM Good to know, maybe the extra wieght of the Gen 3 helps. My Gen 4 has been good last 700rounds WSP.
  7. How do you like it with your S2, how's the fit?
  8. Anybody have a used one for sale.
  9. My 10lb LongSlide is thicker than my Full size spring. I will take pics later for comparison.
  10. I also order a fullslide spring for comparison, like you said, looks same but feels different.
  11. Gump can you measure the length of EG FPS?Here you go SISIG, 2's all the way acrossImageUploadedByTapatalk1431606393.441768.jpg ??
  12. What are the consensus here regarding FPS? To cut or not to cut? And at what length? With our pursuit of light trigger pull, reliability does it affect the ignition? I think most of us wants to know?
  13. I tried the LongSlide spring 8lb and 10lb since I only have the factory to compare in terms of length. With both spring using 124/132pf 147/132pf. I prefer the 10lb better for both loads the brass falls 3 feet away and the sight tracking was flatter.
  14. I just check my Wolff spring for my S2 it is label long slide 10lb, I thought you just need a regular spring but she has been flawless.
  15. Cajun gun works springs are consistent in length and load rating. I use 13lb.
  16. Thanks for the reminder, where is the set screw located? Is it in the side? There are actually two of them. You have to loosen the elevation screw all the way up and rotate up the top half of the sight, you'll see the two set screws under there. If you want to make sure you can get back to your original elevation, count how many turns in you have to go till it is snug, and wright it down. That way when you put it back together you can snug it down then back it off the same number of turns. Also, keep an eye out while you are doing that there are two little springs under there, that tend to like to run off... Thanks my tip, after drifting and counting the click, might re zero it again.
  17. Thanks for the reminder, where is the set screw located? Is it in the side?
  18. I have a CZ sight pusher, I will probably just leave it .
  19. Does Tanfoglio have a rear sight pusher like CZ has? my rear sight blade is way to the right after sighting it in/zeroing the blade is way to the right. I was thinking of moving the sight to the left so it can be center, btw it POA/POI but my OCD is bothering me.
  20. Fine balance between 100% ignition and light trigger pull. I have read that some folks cut their Wolff FPS to 52 mm or number of coils? I guess we will have to test this process.
