  1. You will not be disappointed. I had 2 built in 2020 and they have been flawless other than a couple of my reloaded ammo issues. Mark makes a great gun I would put it up against any builder out there.
  2. You pretty much have to wait for one of the sales with the free barrels. After that it is a 30-40 week wait to get your gun. Next likely sale with be the 4th of July so you will get your gun around late Feb-Mar just in time for next year.
  3. Just got to practice and trust that the gun is not going to fall out of it. You could always go back to a kydex holster unless you are running a thumbrest then it might be a problem to get one made.
  4. I had my 2 open guns built almost entirely around the fact that I only wanted a LSI grp and Cheely XWF for a frame. Not a fan of the PT or Cheely grips. Everything else I was very flexible on with the stipulation that I didn't want the slide to have any cut throughs on them.
  5. Thanks. I ordered a couple today. Didn't even think about a pen spring.
  6. The little spring that allows the retention lever to push back into the holster broke during my last match. The retention lever just flops around. Does anyone know what size spring needs to be bought to get the holster up and running again?
  7. Great quality and accuracy. Careful filing will get it fit relatively easily. Chamber might be tighter but I own reamers for 9mm/.40 so that is not much of an issue. I load almost all of my ammo using Lee FC and Lee Undersize Sizing dies. Ream for length and the diameter has not been an issue.
  8. I've done replacement barrels from CZ Custom and CZ-USA in several different CZ guns. TSO, TS, SP01 mainly. I have not done a S2 but don't imagine it would be any different. What do you want to know?
  9. Any machine shop with a Bridgeport could do this work. PM me if you want to further discuss.
  10. Skip that Bladetech piece. No real adjustment and floppy.
  11. Congrats!!! I remember when I bought my piece of land back in 2008 and it was very liberating knowing I would have always have a place to hunt, shoot and camp. No more asking permission to hunt someone else's land or just show up and shoot.
  12. In general anytime you order a holster just automatically choose the Bladetech pattern. It is by far the most common and will fit almost every hanger maker out there that sells a hanger for general use. Most of the hanger makers only use the Bladetech pattern as it is the triangle pattern that will allow it to bolt onto a ELS clip.
  13. I just run the one that I make with a spacer. I keep it just to the right of the centerline and use it mainly for a make ready mag. It is also there for the occasional table start.
  14. I'm not a buyer of a V2 at the $8k price tag. Had 2 open guns built in 2020 and am more than satisfied with them. I watched the video and all the comments on here. The destroking thing has me wondering. A regular gun is just a gun. If a regular gun gets stroked then it is a stroked gun. Wouldn't a destroked gun just be a gun again?
  15. I have both. Started with TS and a TSO. Configured the TSs for open division and kept the TSO setup for Limited. Ended up buying a Czechmate then got to wondering what I was missing out on with a 2011 and bought a few older Limited guns in 5" and a 6" .40. Played around with them then decided to go all in on open division and ordered 2 Carne open guns in 2020. Picked up a Carne sight block Limited gun last year. The TSs and Czechmate are all gone but the TSO is still in the safe. When I do shoot Limited I shoot it better than I do the Carne. The TSO/TS/Czechmate has always fit me perfectly. If it weren't for having the open guns built with LSI grips I would likely still be shooting CZs in Limited and Open. I'd say you are not in anyway at a deficit with a TSO in Limited unless you might be at the very top of the sport. Even then I'm not so sure. A good reliable gun is what it is all about. If the TSO is going to do that for you then run with it.
  16. I have a guy I shoot with that had to send in for a new top end for his Limited gun. Whatever model has the sight block. Cracked right where the slide was cut through. Not surprising really.
  17. I still need to lower mine. I put a self adhesive furniture sliding pad on mine when I first got mine. Makes it way more comfortable.
  18. Which CZ CO gun are you asking about?
  19. I don't think that is right. They sell them as 2 different SKUs. I just checked the CZ-USA Webstore and the TS 9mm barrel is currently out of stock. Your other option would be to put up a ISO post either here or on the Facebook USPSA site to see if anyone has a 9mm barrel or complete upper for sale.
  20. Did you try CZ-USA and Cajun Gun Works yet? In addition to CZ Custom that is where I go for everything CZ related.
  21. I use a Dominate Defense belt so no bunching. No idea about any of the other belt makers with a ratchet. Been happy with the DD belt for the past couple seasons.
  22. .40 qualifies for major power factor in USPSA for Limited division. 9mm does not. Other than being a great range toy, USPSA Limited division is where this gun really shines. When I was shooting 3 gun I had a 9mm upper for mine that I shot that sport with. In USPSA major rules in Limited.
  23. About right once all the fees and shipping got tacked on but the sale price was pretty good. You probably got it a little lower because it is a 9mm.
