  1. The safety is not designed to be used in DA, doing so can damage the sear and/or safety
  2. Any large frame upper should fit your Match frame (some fitting may be necessary). The front sight from a Limited will work
  3. Is it just me or is the Xtreme chunkier at the beaver tail and trigger guard?
  4. Give it a ride! This is the one I did:
  5. I've done the same on a compact Tanfoglio, what type of project are you working on? The single lug peened pretty bad after less than 100 shots of 9 major ammo fired.
  6. Welcome from San Diego, I shoot Pala more than Norco, but I make if up there from time to time.
  7. I've tried a few others and didn't like them nearly as much: They were lighter though.
  8. The one which started it all! This is a Photoshop of my next plan for my TS Open gun:
  9. You can change the hammer, but it must be a CZ hammer available on another Production legal CZ; which hammer do you have? Most likely there's no reason to change it. Reach reduction kits are not Production legal, but short reset are. Don't worry about the kit, a Type one from CGW or a CZC pre b should drop right in for you.
  10. That could be cool Although I think if I drill holes past the point where I can make major with SP2 under 115gr bullets I'm going the wrong direction. If you have to use heavier bullets or faster powder to make major what's the point?
  11. I'm actually pretty excited to put Eric's comp on a CZ
  12. I dunno, they're actually shooting pretty nice the way they are:
  13. Have you read the thread? http://www.brianenos.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=191773 For a Shadow the only difference is that you can fit a Type 3 disco and that there's no firing pin block.
  14. No it's better to answer here so others can see too
  15. Has everyone seen this new V12 from Akai?!? (More accurately a V12i2 or a Y14 ) It's got me tempted to drill an absurd number of holes in one of my guns Although the pistol is pretty small in the frame, I'd bet we'd see a lot more movement if the pistol filled the frame and had a checker board behind it
  16. It doesn't look like I did The stacking tolerances are hit and miss; sometimes you have to fit the safety, sometimes not.
  17. Did you buy one of these: https://cajungunworks.com/product/as-b/ If so that's the set screw he's talking about, if not you can file the factory sear safety leg to fit.
  18. reversible: To change the mag release you must remove the screw holding the trigger bar lifter spring, this screw may or may not be staked and can be very difficult to remove, so use a screwdriver with a tight fit and maintain constant downward pressure while turning.
