Here's what 9.4 grains of Titegroup did to my G22 a couple years back in practice. No one injured, but it felt like a sledge hammer hit my hand. The frame was fine and I still use it. Always wear eye protection!! I'd only have one eye if I didn't. Anyone want to buy a slightly used G22 slide

I can't take cold weather anymore. Here in ATL we occasionally get into the teens and 20's, but not reguarly. This is all the winter I can take. On the other hand, we lived in FLA for a while - with almost no change of seasons. Don't like that either.

I take some defense-oriented shooting classes from time to time. I show up in my jeans or shorts and a T shirt. I love the civilian guys who show up looking like they're a SF soldier about to deploy and acting all tough. More than that, I really love when they see a decent USPSA shooter shoot for the first time. They instantly become humble and want to be your buddy

CAUTION - SPOILER BELOW SO STOP READING IF YOU DON'T WANT THE SPOILER What just seems completely random is that the shooter grabs a gun off the ground and shoots his target in the head - and says he didn't mean to shoot him. I tend to believe him, but it just seems like bizarre, random fate.
