    glock 26 ?

That would be a kahr pm 9 I don't know. Many people swear by them - and I've also heard of many problems. I've heard general problems with them on forums (which I take with a grain of salt), but some complaints came from credible people. What I take from it is this: if you get a good one, it's great - but Kahr reguarly has lemons. What do you think?
  2. Best wishes and prayers for a full and speedy recovery Kurt! I have similar issues (but not as bad), so I can feel for you man. Cy
  3. I releived the underside of the trigger guard on a frame for a LTD gun too much. Should I just use quick setting epoxy to build it up and reshape it? Thanks.
  4. Thanks for all the replies. I got the entry level Garmin nuvi 200 - and love it so far!

    glock 26 ?

What would be really cool is a slim, single stack G26 that weighs about 15 oz. That would replace the J Frame as the pocket gun standard IMO.

    glock 26 ?

Everyone is different, but I can't really pull off the G26/27 as a pocket gun. It's a great pistol, but if I have a pocket gun it's an aluminum framed J frame or a Keltec 3AT. My G27 goes IWB for me.
  7. Cool. Do they have that vid posted somewhere?

    Bullets!

Where do you buy these bullets?
  9. I think a simple optic mount in this configuration would be cool too.
  10. Was the trigger reset any shorter than the stock XDs?

    Crack Heads

Keep your head down and come back safe!
  12. Agreed. I live in GA and my parents live in SC. SC does not recognize GA concealed permit either. SC does allow you to have a loaded pistol in an unlocked glove box without a permit BTW.

    Bullets!

So those are OK in a stock barrel?

    Bullets!

PB - are you shooting lead out of a stock or after-market barrel?

    "ZEN"

    That's very Zen
  16. It's funny how the culture of law firms differ. I've practiced since 1994 and IMO, if you do quality work, keep the clients happy and are profitable, then no one should have anything to say . . . What did you mean by this: "Luckily I got out of my current firm without lawsuits being filed or bar complaints back and forth. It was touch and go for a week on that though." Someone once told me that a man without a hobby is a very boring man. Work should not elininate your hobbies if possible. Best wishes on your new position. Cy
  17. The SJC covertable comp/mount was just reviewed in Front Sight - May/June 2008 - pp 28-30. What a great innovative idea!
  18. Thanks. We walk him 2x a day. We also have a fenced yard. Samson's buddy, Kramer the "Goldendoodle" (Golden Lab - Standard Poodle mix), comes over almost everyday and they rip up the landscaping getting rowdy in the backyard.
  19. Although I don't have one, shooters should be like fighters and all have a nickname. The cowboys do it . . .
  20. Samson at 7.5 months - 110 pounds (about the size of my wife)
  21. That's a confident answer! How is it better than, say, a TomTom One XL? TT1 XL Thanks!
