Which Zev kit did you buy? The ult kit is great. Make sure you change striker spring, plunger spring and connector. You will need to adjust take up and over travel. if it is still really heavy than you have another issue going on.

put on in the hands at the shop but have not fired yet. Pro I really like how the gun sitts lower in hands. Con Reset is longer Dont like the sights

Mcnally Trigger bar, OEM minus connector and 25 cent polishing. Dont mess around with trying to get too crazy with plunger spring and striker spring. This set up is pretty good.

Send it back to glock via glock armorer and they should replace. I did one a few years back and the cost was $45

I would have just milled a non MOS. That said, It would be hard to fit to make yours work. A good gs can drill and tap it for you

I agree. use the SL or come over the top to release the slide -
I run a light zev on my gen 4 17. only issue there is if you run a back strop its a tight fit and will warp the bs, even with fitting. Not an issue on a gen 3 gun. Gen 4 I would go this a TTI

We run the Ghost Edge connector with the McNally trigger bar on most customer guns -
Loads are too light for the RS. run a reduced RS spring. oh and convert to a single captured.

It all depends on the shooter and what you are doing. I am set up as a direct co on my patrol rifle but keep my rear down. Front stays up so you can snap shoot using aimpoint as a large ap.

You could build on off a CQ10 lower. Very nice lowers. Glock mags

no need to break in on a lapped brl.. but yes on any other match grade barl that was not lapped at the manufacture.

I would either Hard Chrome or Ionbond. Both are about the toughest finishes.
