  1. There is still room available to shoot this match. Go sign-up at http://matchsignup.org/match/default.php?matchid=437
  2. The stage breifing, if it was read the same to every squad on saturday and sunday, defined the shooting area as to be within the fault lines on top of the stairs. Seemed pretty simple to me but nobody on our squad used the stairs anyways. We shot it as our 3rd stage for the match.
  3. Great match Lee and Ken, lots of running and gunning and choices to be made. The match seemed to run pretty smooth from my standpoint. Hope whatever family emergency you had is okay now, those are never fun. Thanks again!
  4. I tried that DAA Racemaster Magnetic holster and hated it. It requires you to draw almost directly straight up for it to unlock correctly and will hang up if you don't. Ghost pouches are great and I have heard that the ghost holster works well also.

  6. Have someone over there buy it for you and then ship it to you.

  8. I use henning front sights and only have to raise the rear just a bit.
  9. Production and Single Stack Sectional Stages are attached. We have about 72 people signed up at this point so don't wait to get your entries in. It will be a great match and the 1st time, that I know of, the Oklahoma section is having 2 separate major matches! Sign-ups and more match info can be found at matchsignup.org OK Sectional.pdf
  10. Have you checked the slide release nub on the inside of the gun to see if the rounds were possibly contacting it? The rounds could be getting pulled forward just a bit in the mag and are getting hung up on the slide release. It's an easy fix of filing or grinding down that part, I had to do that on one of my guns. Take the slide off and insert a loaded mag in the gun and check the clearance. Try sliding a round just forward in the mag and then insert it and see if it contacts that part.
  11. I use 3.7gr of VVN310 with 124gr xtreme plated round nose bullet and have chronoed twice at 131pf. Once at Double Tap in 98* temp in June and just this month at Production Nationals out of my Tanfo Stock 2.
  12. Holster: Ben Stoeger Boss Hanger and Bladetech holster from the pro shop with thumb screws. Mag Pouches: Ghost mag pouches from stoeger's shop or elsewhere. Belt: DAA
  13. No, just polish and smooth out whats already in there and replace a few springs and it's good to go.
  14. It doesn't need a henning trigger. The grauffel pro trigger that's on there is pretty sweet. I should know :-)
  15. Stock 3 mags are the same mags you would use for a 2, no difference.
  16. I am totally with you. I watched the few stages she shot, and she did exceptionally well. Then I saw the news on your site. I wonder if she used her own gun to re-chrono? Hope it was just an equipment error on the chrono stage. She was visibly upset after failing the chrono as I watched her shoot the next two stages. I heard a rumor of why but it's not my place to say what may or may not be the truth.
  17. I have not seen any If nothing shows up tonight I will ask in the morning when I get to the range. They are probably using paper scoring like they did at SS and Revolver Nationals. Insert <eye roll>Paper? I really hope the new President takes our National Championships out of the 1990's You realize that the president is not the match director right? And has nothing to do with scores being posted?? SMFH....
  18. I have the exact same problem you do, same finger position as in the pics you posted in the classifieds. I can reach my stock 2 triggers, factory trigger, just fine and I am much more confident on that first shot now.
  19. 52 M's damn.....I chose the wrong year to make Master! No, should be a fun match and shooting for 3 days will be a blast.
  20. Well we got some "tuned" mags from somebody else and they seemed to work fine. Slid in and out and didn't get hung up on the mag release. Maybe the sti stock mags that we tried the other day need to be "tuned" as well. Although they work fine in a different gun with a factory sti grip.
  21. Thanks for the advice, we are going to try and figure it out this morning. I'll be sure to mention these.
