  1. Awesome, what weight of recoil spring are you using and what reloads, bullet weight etc? I use 124gr Blue bullets right now in my tanfo loaded short to 1.089oal and I know I used to be able to load pretty long in my old M&P. Is it USPSA legal to remove the safeties and use the plugs that you can get from S&W?
  2. I am looking at the 2.0 model
  3. Anyone using the M&P 2.0 5" in USPSA yet? If so how do you like it compared to the "pro" model? What mods have you done to it, trigger - sear - apex? - recoil spring etc? Thinking of picking one up to try out as I used to shoot one back when I first started shooting USPSA.
  4. Just a follow up, JP and ODIN Works have joined us as stage sponsors for the match!!! Things keep getting better and better... We had 4 withdrawals within the past week so there are at least 4 spots available, although not on the same squad, for Saturday. Plus there are still 14 open spots on Friday! For competitors that shoot the match on Friday we will be doing a Random Draw for Prizes then as well, so you don't have to worry if you can't stick around for Saturday shooting and awards. It's going to be an amazing match!
  5. Sketchup takes too long! Use Word, with the props already laid out in a different file, then copy and paste into a new page. Fast and easy!
  6. CZ has agreed to be a sponsor for the match! Thanks to all of our generous sponsors this year, this is the 1st year to get sponsorship and the prizes are looking freaking awesome, I'm excited about it!!! We have also decided to open a spot on each squad for the Saturday shooters. So there are at least 8 spots available, 1 per, so if you want to shoot this match (I highly recommend you do) you should sign-up asap!
  7. There is only 1 spot available for the Saturday squads. So if you are waiting to sign-up, you better do it now! There are still spots available for 1 full squad (10 shooters) on Friday but that's it. ***We may add a spot or two on each squad at a later date but we do not forsee adding any more than that so get signed up today!***
  8. Match is filling up and there are only 12 spots left for the Saturday squads and 10 spots available to shoot with staff on Friday. Walther Arms has decided to donate a gun to the match as well so we are up to 6 Guns to give away to the shooters plus a lot of great prizes to give away via random draw!
  9. Fallacy...you only need a hammer spring, trim the factory plunger spring, recoil spring of your choice, grips (if you so choose - because some people like the wood ones), guide rod, firing pin and a good polish job. No reason to replace the safeties, sear or FPB. Front sight of either black or fiber is a choice. You don't need a new hammer or a bolo. All of the things you listed are a choice of how you want your guns set up and more $ with little return to performance. The Shadow 2 is a great feeling gun and a few spring changes and boom, lit!
  10. Sig Sauer has joined on as a sponsor and is providing a Full Size P320 for the match! ****Important info**** No match refunds after August 1st. If you require a refund before August 1st, you will be given a refund of $100 (-3%) for processing from our Stripe account.
  11. What ^ he said! The match is coming along nicely and we are adding more value to the prize table as we go along!
  12. I need to upgrade from our nook simple touch devices so this looks like a great deal. I guess there are lot of people using the kindles now and everything works well?
  13. It was very tempting!
  14. Are in stock, $1299? If I were only shooting production this year...
  15. USPSA needs a central location, not in the obscure northwest, that's big enough to hold these types of matches. Only if there were a range in that area....
  16. Guess I wasn't too far off with my earlier assessment.
  17. I run a 9# regular spring in mine, runs great.
  18. No don't read into it wrong, I wasn't saying it's wrong or blaming Ken for trying it. Although just sitting around for 20 - 30 minutes plus per stage, for 20 stages, sounds mind-numbingly obscene to me. And on top of that there's just so many people whining and crying about having to reset or not reset, work or not work blah blah blah. I'm just trying to figure out how I can afford to go, especially since this is the last nationals that's going to be there and I've never been to Utah so...
  19. Not resetting stages and just sitting around sounds boring as hell...What else are we gonna do, play leap frog, checkers? The laziness of people amaze me...rephrase that, people in general amaze me.
  20. Why so? I've never been so I don't know anything about SG.
  21. What's the best travel route, fly into st george or vegas?
  22. Relaxed at sides is a pet peeve of mine, 3/4 people are just dildos when it comes to that. So aggravating, relax your F'ing arms!!!
  23. Good on you for sticking around and assisting your squad with the rest of the courses of fire. Not many people do that, bravo!
