USPSA really only hobby as of now. Last year I did build a RC boat from scratch, using a weed eater engine (31cc Bolens)ended up being 72" long, has been a dream of mine since 16, now had the brain power to do it.

Can't say 100% if elevation will effect the PF, but try to go 5PF above minor/major for any variables, temps, diff chronos. Minor 130PF Major 170PF stick with those and should never have to worry.

Cruise control use it. Modern day vehicles, the computer controls the throttle better then a human. Nothing erks me more then I am doing 70 mph(cruise set) lets say I pass some vehicle a few miles down the road they pass me back, like they got a fire call, next thing you know a few more miles I passing them, and too boot I never once changed my speed.
