  1. I wish there was something to say or do to make this easier, but it just takes time. In time, you will dwell more on the good days and be thankful for the positive impact he has had on you. Be strong and keep the proper focus.
  2. Hi, Joel! I would trade those small rifle primers for some small pistol. For 125gr lead I like using WST.
  3. Very cool! He does look like he's shot a lot before.
  4. I was very impressed. You guys seem to have many members who really put a lot into the place. Thanks again for having us!
  5. I'm glad you and your wife made it...nice folks! The rest of you ^&%$#s left me at the brewery with that waiter-ess of questionable orientation. Would someone please come back and pick me up before closing time?!?!?
  6. I don't see any curent results: http://www.midcarolinarifleclub.com/index....9&Itemid=84
  7. My 11 year old started 2 years ago with an M&P9. I like that the small backstrap allows him to grip the gun better. I didn't let him shoot one-handed for a few months until I was sure that he could control it. ETA: It is good for Production, but he also shoots Limited minor with the Arredondo extensions that allow the mags to hold 22 or 23.
  8. Was considering trying some of these. Does anybody have any load data for doing so?
  9. If it's the guy I'm thinking of, his feet are tougher than my shoes!
  10. I assume they are attached in a similar manner to that used by the Texas Star.
  11. I was thinking about this thread last night during our local IDPA-style indoor match. We had 20 people and every one of them helped. If you wanted to paste a target you had to hurry before someone else got it.
  12. Power was out from 7 last night until 6:30 this morning. We'll see if any of my friends got me in.
  13. Beat it to fit and paint it to match!
  14. I'd reconsider that. After finding my lead level too high I was told that a big contributing factor was eating after shooting without washing my hands first.
  15. In my limitted experience, I like it when it snaps because it has a beter chance of shedding the primer. I get the occasional primer that gets pushed out by the pin, holds onto the pin, then gets pulled slightly back into the primer pocket. My 9 & 40 don't snap and they have the problem with the primers not always getting pushed out and staying out. My 45 setup snaps and works every time.
  16. You did have your finger out of the trigger guard....but you had a booger hanging in one of the pics.
  17. Shawn (and his GF), I know you're kidding...women don't have gaseous eruptions. You're trying to blame yours on her, aren't you?
  18. I love to see examples that are that clear. Unfortunately, I rarely see those on the range.
  19. You send over the person in your picture and I'll send her back with a gun.
  20. A friend has a SBE and he wants an end cap that is setup for a sling. Anyone know if the one from a SBE2 will work on it?
