  1. This is what I did on mine with a sanding wheel on a dremel. Fixed the issue.
  2. Mine broke during a Stoeger class this year. Gun was in the 6k+ round count area. He mentioned the stock ones are prone to break.
  3. Thanks, I don't see the barrel change listed, so must be a pretty "old" change by now.
  4. Dang, is there a changelog somewhere? Hard to follow what all has changed.
  5. https://uspsa.org/documents/rules/2019_USPSA_Competition_Rules.pdf I thought this used to sound like flutes or dimples in the barrel were illegal, but looking the rule it only specifies slide contour. It doesn't say anything about barrel weight or fluting. Did something change or did my reading comprehension change?
  6. Carry optics uses the same rules you cited distaste for.
  7. No, but even if allowed I wouldn't. Goal was to just swap slides to switch between production and open. Stock II doesn't have the rail.
  8. +1 I run the 8lb and it feels nice. The 6lb seems too light and I am worried it will bash the sights loose.
  9. @PatriotDefenseslide lightening cuts, optic cut, and lightweight guide rod.
  10. They have my slide for cutting right now.
  11. I've had much better luck from the factory firing pin than any aftermarket one, but I understand all guns are different.
  12. Already on EGD grips? That helped me a lot.
  13. Could look at other Tanfoglio alternatives like the Stock I or Stock III.
  14. Patriot Defense has had them. I ordered at first release from Eric Graufel's shop and they ship to the USA.
  15. Love my S3, but it is off getting chromed due to the rust.
  16. Unica flush safety or some adhesive under the safety to build up some friction on the frame surface. Safety can still engage, but has a lot of drag.
  17. I've got a pretty short trigger finger. The EGD grip panels with the curved trigger work fine for me. Follow up shots the trigger is close to the frame in single action, very short reset with the bolo interupter.
  18. Not sure if the old Stock applies to this new Stock I. https://www.uspsa.org/uspsa-NROI-production-gunlist.php
  19. Just run Limited 10 until it is on the approved production list. Also won't hurt to email IFG to make sure they submit paperwork to DNROI when 2k make it into the country.
  20. Buying a new gun is easier than replacing the return spring, right? I've never removed my trigger pin, but guess I'll learn!
  21. That bluing rubs right off. Bare metal in a place as humid as Louisiana.
