  1. Anyone know if they are still taking orders for the sights? I think those need to be ordered off the site
  2. I looked at the SV grip for mine but having to buy all new mags, no thanks
  3. Have you ever considered they shot SS because they knew Corey was shooting in production?
  4. Is the lock pretty easy to take off "on the clock". I had considered a race holster but never could get comfortable with them unlocked on the "weird" start positions ie laying down etc
  5. Your gun was like the only one that did run on the squad.
  6. Come pretty close to it on a local 3 gun match over the summer. It was just a long day and very hot and humid. Basically 2 of us ran the timer and clipboard the whole time in the sun the whole time. Last stage was a long 3gun field course and ended up having like 2 people help paste
  7. Whatever you shoot better. At the close ranges, your shooting it on 1x anyway
  8. Bobby at freedom gunworks gets pretty creative on the slide cuts
  9. Shootersconnection has the safety and nordic charging handle(charging handle listed under benelli with a drop down from remington)
  10. Typically walk back inside and find something else to do for the day. Use to just bundle up in layers but it really was not enjoyable to stand out and freeze
  11. From What I have seen the MS is minimal. My smith did one on my 9mm 1911 that is sub 2 pounds with a 19pound MS
  12. Have that going on at work right now. I knock one off and I look and have 2 more added.
  13. Glocks are simple to work on. If you get dawson sights, they include the tool to install them. The vanek and glocktriggers.com triggers are both top notch and drop right in. I have the vanek in a limited glock and the glocktriggers in my production one. I added a jager striker to both and they make a good trigger feel even better and crisper. When you order a trigger, just call and ask for the production legal one. Both charlie vanek and jeff wilson (glock triggers) are easy to talk to and can explain their triggers to you. On the grip, I would try the griptape first then if you want to shoot IDPA it is SSP legal. A 3/32 pin punch is all you need to detail strip the glock.
  14. In USPSA single stack you see alot more 40/45s than 9mm or 38 super. 40/and 45 are major in uspsa where the 9mm and 38super is minor(can have 10+1 in minor vs 8+1 in major. In Idpa pick which ever you shoot best. Need to do some Idpa myself and plan on going ESP with the 9mm 1911. Best of both worlds, cheap to shoot, zero recoil and the 1911 trigger. Shoot it some in Single stack with the minor scoring disadvantage but I just shoot it so much better than the 45.
  15. Usually anywhere from 30min to a couple hours. I will occasionally go 3-4 for the right match ie 3gun
  16. Been on that squad in ohio. Even though it was a large squad it went fast because the work got done. Did everyone paste every time nope mainly because there were more workers than targets. Walk down paste your couple targets and come back Plenty of time to load mags etc. One advantage of the Lexington squad. Down time kept to a minimum between shooters because people work and help reset.
  17. Buy an Alchin mount and the slide ride. The mount keeps the sight low on the gun and the Cmore goes directly on the sight base. Not rail, then attachment for cmore to rail.
  18. I would say the light could be an advantage. Sure adds non moving weight to the front end of that pistol
  19. Way over 140. A 140 would be great though. I think the current base pad setup is the problem how it arches up. cant get the max capacity for the length
  20. Pattern the shotgun to see where it actually shoots. Alot of shotgun clubs have a pattern board for this. If not a large piece of wrapping paper works(white side).
