Congrats on the progress, the first couple weeks are definitely the hardest. But once your stomach starts to shrink down the "hungries" will subside. I had to drop about 20-25 in 4 months for a school a couple about 15 years or so ago and the nutrietionist (sp?) told me it wasn't how much but what I ate. Once I found out what I could and couldn't get away with I learned that I could eat pretty good on 1500 calories a day. I at the point now that I should lose about 40-45, but can't seem to find the motivation for it. Good for you and your continued success!!!

What a weekend so far #1 Ohio St going down (won't be the last) #5 Nebraska (no surprise, they haven't played a ranked team all season, Their opponents are a combined 16-18 with only 2 of the 6 teams with a winning record, how they were ranked as high as they were is suprising) #10 South Carolina (anybody that has followed them shouldn't be surprised) And just for good measure (cause I'm probably the biggest Gator Hater alive) Fla. got beat at home by an unranked team I called the Ohio and South Carolina game, next weekend I have missouri over Ok and the Mich. St/Northwestern game may surprise some people Now, if I can get to the range tomorrow morning and have the Vikings lose it will be a good weekend

Agreed, absolutely the worst part of officiating. Had a guy let me inspect the business end of his barrel at eye level from about 2 feet once, LITERALLY. Still felt bad for DQ'ing the guy. He felt pretty bad, I was good after about 4 cigarettes.

A lot of thought has went into this, maybe to much, or maybe I’m making it to simple. Read the rules for what they are and not what you think they should be. First off, all this talk about a “string” is off. A String is defined in 6.1.1 and this is definitely not a string, so any rules discussed here involving strings are out (9.4.5.3). Whether they should be or not is irrelevant, this is not a string. That simplifies it a little, at least to me. Penalties for firing insufficient or additional shots is addressed in other rules and must not be penalized under the provisions of 10.2.2.”, you cannot apply 10.2.2. We cannot use 9.4.5 rules since there were no extra shots(12) extra hits(12) and 9.4.5.3 applies to strings. So my call would be 1 procedural under 10.2.4. Stage called for 6 reload 6. He did 7 and 5. The order in which he did it is not important. It’s the same as going T1-T6 and coming back to T1 and after shooting it, remembering and performing the reload and finishing the stage.

I never had any luck with berry's. Use Rainier's if you can find them. I've pushed their 135s to 1275or so with no problems. You only need around about 1100 for 170PF. No problems.
