Definitely work on position without making adjustments when you get there. ie stage 7: went to far in on the first set of targets, second set: keep moving, third set: once again to far (your whole body doesn't need to address the target only your head and sights. As far as "reload, then move" Rule of thumb is 1-1.5 steps and your reload should be complete. You will rarely(meaning something went wrong) see production or limited-10 guys doing a reload, then move. If your moving your reloading.

I was one of the test guys for it and now currently have one on my gun. Grip is holding up well, no apparent wear over the past year or so since putting it on. Oil, grease, solvent, whatever simply wipes off with minimal effort during cleaning. Grips very well with sweaty hands but still lets you easily adjust while doing reloads. Grip is undercut and the trigger guard is thin a little. My stock grip feels like ice compared to this think, you don't have to put near as much pressure to maintain your grip. If you are coming to Columbia for our Toys for Tots match in a couple weeks you are more welcome to try it out.
