  1. How about Justified? edited to add: I forgot about Top Gear.
  2. A family discount is a completely new idea to me. Where do you draw the line though? Do you give a family discount to a father-son pair who show up when the son is a full grown adult, no longer living at home with his parents?
  3. This gun was featured on last night's episode of Shooting USA. Looked pretty good. Then they mentioned the price and I nearly fell out of my chair laughing.

    Rare X5

It looks like an X-Five Lightweight without the magazine chute. What makes it rare?
  5. touché! During the last year, I have worn it maybe 6 times. I always feel a bit goofy or self-concious wearing it, which is why I don't wear it more. I stand by my previous comments that free shipping does not constitute sponsorship. Neither does having to purchase a range bag to qualify for product discounts.
  6. I agree. Sponsorship has morphed from receiving and endorsing a product to receiving free shipping and endorsing a product.
  7. While not "70's big", Mike is not a "medium framed" guy... He's pretty big, damn fit, very strong, with wide shoulders... Stand next to him sometime when he's wearing a UA compression shirt... Mike Hughes is not a "Medium framed" guy. He's about the size of an NFL linebacker. There's a reason why Yong Lee calls him Mike Huge...

    226 holster

What is the "DOH Attachment" ? It Drops and Offsets the holster down and slightly away from the body for quicker draws, while still being legal for Production.
  9. Does the Springfield rear sight fit without doing anything with the slide? The Dawson Precision XD rear sights require ZERO modification of the slide.
  10. I'm not a huge fan of adjustable rear sights, but you could always put one of Dawson Precision's Springfield XD adjustable rear sights on your P226. The Springfield XD and Sig P22X dovetails are identical. Currently, I use a Dawson Precision XD fixed rear sight on my P226 as well as a Dawson Precision XD fiber optic up front. The only problem is that the rear sight will slightly hang off the rear of the slide. The benefit is that this slightly increases your sight radius!
  11. I was under the impression that all Mastershop X-Fives were no longer going to be imported in to the USA?
  12. That's one crazy looking Sig! I like it. Caliber? Can you post a picture of the other side of the pistol?
  13. I must be slow, so bare with me. Which is the correct engagement pattern? Order 1: T1, T2, T3, T3, T2, T1, T1, T2, T3 Order 2: T1, T2, T3, T2, T1, T2, T3, T2, T1
  14. For Part 1, is each string 3 shots or 9 shots?
  15. Something that I noticed is how low Mike drops his Glock for reloading. It also doesn't appear that he's watching it happen either. That technique seems to go against everything I've read and been told.
  16. I suspect that gym is in his house.
  17. I shot this classifier stage a few weeks ago and got totally owned. The six second par time for Strings 2 and 3 is perfectly sufficient for every division to shoot all alphas. On the other hand, the six second par time on String 1 is what will separate the wheat from the chaff. With my current skills, I'll take six alpha and forgo the reload.
  18. I've enjoyed each show so far. The only head scratcher for me so far is why did they use a TZ-99 instead of a Sig P226?

    Sig 226 Grip Angle

I've been shooting a Sig P226 exclusively for about five years now. When I pick up a Glock 17, it points high for me. So the grip angle is definitely not the same.
  20. What do you do for a living?
