I have not tried to many single malts but Glenlevit 12 and 18 are both pretty good. And for something really good but easy on the wallet McClellands Highland, Lowland and Islay are all 3 very good. I can't go for the Speyside stuff. Sorry Sooner, not for me. Now I can't say for myself because I have never tried it but a couple of friends of mine really love the Macallan.

I wish I could shoot some good classifiers. I swear here lately I have been shooting CRASHIFIERS! It was great to see you again my friend and meet your fine sons.

Yeah Paul shot very well. After my last stage, stage 1 I figured I had given the match away. I was clean all the way through until then and dropped 3 shots.

up in South Carolina. I won revolver division. And if that wasn't cool enough I won a drawing for a Sabre Defence AR type rifle. What a very cool day. It sure was good to see the Colon clan. That Nemo has to have a great wife, those boys of his are 2 very fine young men. Really it was good to see them and shoot with them.

I am home from one of the most fun matches I have ever shot. Jack, Linda, Julie, and the rest of the folks that made this match happen THANKS! And thanks to the shooters. There was a ton of gifts and a lot of money raised. Thanks to the sponsors for everything they put up for drawing. What a great day.

When I shot single stack I used a Fobus holster and I never felt it slowed me down at all. If I ever go back to shooting SS I will use the same holster until I feel the need to change. Draw speed in USPSA for the most part is not going to win or lose a match for you. Most times you move or do something before you shoot anyway. Yes for stand a deliever stages it MAY slow you down a tenth or two. Stick with what you have until you KNOW something else will make a difference. In the mean time practice practice practice.

I love my 24. I had both but never shot my 35. Springs make a huge difference in the way a 24 recoils.
