busyhawk
Tim, I need to pay for my habit...in saying this I want to step up to the plate and ask to RO the Area 1 again this year. Since I will be at Parma for the MGM Iron-Man I may as well help with set-up, ROing and shooting again this year. What say ye? Not sure of the perks of the job but what are you going to offer as far as rooms and food? Busyhawk AKA SGM ( R ) Scott Hawkins

Ok folks, we are ready to take entries, the website is up. We'll be adding hotel information shortly. ammowaster
So theoretically what is the weight limit on a zipline Forgot to ask Question for the locals or people familiar with the area Would it be better to stay in Parma or somewhere close like Boise?? Thanks Hope I can make it this year Edited December 14, 2008 by ammowaster
Chuck Anderson
I actually stayed in Ontario, OR the last time I went down. Good hotels with retaraunts close by. If memory serves, Parma is a bit limited on Hotels near the range.
Tim Egan
We have negotiated a deal with a motel in Ontario for discounted rates, just waiting to sign a contract before announcing. Ontario is a bit closer than Boise proper, but there are motels in Nampa and Caldwell as well. Most of the match activities will be taking place at the range. We are also compiling campground info in the Parma area for folks that want to camp.
2MoreChains
^ plus, there's no sales tax in Oregon. If you're planning to stay in Boise, there is construction on I-84 between Nampa and Boise. It's not too bad, but can come to a crawl if there is an accident. Fortunately you guys will be going the opposite way during rush hour, but FYI. For those of you coming from Salt Lake, you'll feel right at home!
