balmo
Decided that my next gun is a new PCC where my current will be relegated to being backup. Is Holosun 510C Green Dot a good buy at $290? Optics Planet and Primary Arms have it at the same price. Thanks Link to comment
MemphisMechanic
You can beat that by a good margin by getting the Enos discount activated on a login over at Shooters Connection, and ordering through them. Edited December 16, 2018 by MemphisMechanic Link to comment
brix
Yeah I got mine a couple of weeks ago before Xmas sales season for cheaper than $290 from optics planet. There are better deals to be had right now. Sent from my moto g(6) using Tapatalk Link to comment

megathumpzilla
got a red one for 224 plus a free upper parts kit from ar15 safe space, that includes shipping Link to comment
Aircooled6racer
Hello: The green seem to cost a little more than the red ones for some reason? I have used both and prefer the red over the green. You may want to look through both if you can. Thanks, Eric Link to comment

MemphisMechanic
I got an email from a Prince in Iran who vouched for them. He’s sending me $10,000 via money order right now. Edited December 16, 2018 by MemphisMechanic Link to comment
Acer2428
MVO is a drop-shipped for a wholesaler like RSR. Same with Lanbo's Armory, etc. They're fine, but expect 7-10 days to get your stuff. I picked up my 3rd 510c for $200.70 + $15 shipping from Gun2Ammo. I like green reticles EXCEPT that I run a CMR-206 (green) laser, and I want the separation. Link to comment

I’m using a cmr at 12 oclock now, with a mro on a 1/3 mount and it’s no issue. I bought the 510c to try and waiting on it’s arrival. Bought it from shooterconnection today at 8am had shipping info by 10am. Link to comment
Acer2428
510c is also a 1/3 co-witness, so it should be no issue. I don't like 12 o'clock since it can partially block my view if I don't get a good cheek weld. Link to comment
longbeard
If you aren't running an offset red dot I recommend moving your laser to this position. Plenty of room behind the 510c for this. Makes a decent poor man's offset optic and you can roll the gun when need be for tight shots within 10 yards or so. Link to comment

I don't see the problem with drop ship - I bought a part from PSA that was in stock and it took 7 days for them just to ship it + another 6 days for it to arrive Link to comment
Acer2428
Not an issue, just explaining what they are since someone asked about experiences. They're a no-frills drop-shipper, but are g2g. Just don't expect LGS/retail type service and you'll be fine. That said, OF the several drop-shippers I've bought from, they are the slowest by a few days on the order to ship time frame. ETA: Look at Optics Planet for the green ones. They go on sale for $250-$260 w/ free shipping. Was somewhere in the $260's the other day. Edited December 18, 2018 by Acer2428 Link to comment
TRUBL
Being colorblind......I've always gravitated towards green. That is until I purchased a 510C with the red circle/dot. WOW......I can pick that up with ease. The trick is not use use auto mode. I use manual mode and adjust the brightness myself depending on the time of day and sunny/cloudy. And yes, the 510C in green will be more expensive than in red Link to comment
