window2time Posted December 2, 2015 Author Share Posted December 2, 2015 as is typical with Magpul the quality of construction seems great. It feels very sturdy and rigid. I just finished loading 60 rounds into it. It is great to get so many rounds into such a small package. Is the video I posted above viewable? v1911 Posted December 6, 2015 Share Posted December 6, 2015 Maybe I've misunderstood, but the root cause for the Surefire failures was due to OAL of ammo. So if you were running factory 55gr, no worries. Once you got into the heavier pills, your OAL increases as does your chance of malfunction. So for an up close hoser match using cheap 55gr ammo the surefire looks to be reliable. But if you were goin to reach out to 200+ yards which is very common for a 3G match, you're going to want a heavier bullet and then failures are induced.
