hiker88
What's best way to do it? I hate having a loaded round jammed in the chamber. Other than chamber checking a finished round, is there an efficient way to get rid of bulged 9mm brass before reloading?

SNSCaster2
A case-pro with a brass feeder is about flawless. It's a pricy setup to purchase, but there are some places that you can send your brass to have it done(We offer the service at SNS Casting).. Might be worth it for big match ammo. revchuck
I've been using a standard Lee resizing die, screwed all the way down until it barely kisses the shell plate. It works with range pickup brass in my 9x19s and my .40 M&P, all with factory barrels. If you've got a tight match chamber, you might need to go the Case Pro route. Ken_Bird
+1 for the lee die. Since I started using it for sizing and de-prime it makes all my rounds chamber check perfect. I have not had another issue. Its a new gun cheaper the Case Pro. But then they are great as well.
MAP
Using standard Dillon carbide 9mm dies I ran about 2% of my Glock brass that wouldn't resize properly. In a Dillon 650 I have a separate tool head with a Lee Universal de cap die in station 1, Dillon carbide sizing die (No de cap pin) in station 4 and a Lee undersized (U die) 9mm die (no de cap) in station 5. While more complicated, I've had zero issues since switching to this method. You can purchase a Lee undersized 9mm die fro Midway or EGW. hiker88
My egw case gauge came in before the lee u sizing die. I sized a batch of clean brass before loading and ran a hundred rounds. Each one fed cleanly into my CZ barrel.
Naka16
I use hornady 9mm dies and lee .40 dies. 100% of the hornady 9mm loaded rounds drop right into my wilson case cage. The .40 sometimes don't drop in. I have recently been running all my finished rounds through the lee bulge buster so I get the .40 to 100% drop in the case gauge

GunslingerDK
I use a gutted FCD in the 2nd station after the Dillon size die. Rounds go in and out of the case gauge no problem. Even tired old practice brass.

gunracer38
I have both 38 Supers and 9mm Major. All my used brass go through the CasePro 100. My new Gans Open 9mm has not jammed yet. Also my 38 Super reloads never jam.
