  1. Lots of Atlas Chaos and Nemesis fans over here, must be for a good reason ?
  2. I would say keep your tuned DVC and put the cash towards a custom build with PT grip, like the Atlas Nemesis 2011. Picture from member Moloch38:
  3. Alpha X holster, MBX mags in the size of your preference (140mm, 155mm, 170mm). Post some pictures when you get a chance. Congrats!
  4. Wow I really like that finish, most people order the Chaos in black. More pictures/review please ?
  5. My only issue is with the initial presentation, after shooting with any other brand. After adjusting, I shoot POA/POI with Glocks. Ideally, I want to stick with 2011s for shooting sports and Glocks for self defensive/outdoor tactical courses. I’ve made the move to CZ due to the feeling of a lower bore axis, versus my HKs and Sigs. All those brands point very natural for me. My other idea was to get a CZ P10c and stick with that. However, the appeal of Glock’s aftermarket support and availability of parts is very alluring. It seems like the suggestion here is to just get used to the Glock grip angle, versus attempting to change it? Thanks again for all the input.
  6. Hello, I’m thinking to consolidate my firearms to Glock and 2011s because I feel it would be easier to stock up on magazines, aftermarket support, etc. However with Glocks, the front sight naturally points high for me on the initial presentation, compared to my 2011/CZ/Sig/HK firearms. Does anyone have personal experience with reducing the hump and creating a more traditional grip angle? Another idea was to go with a Polymer 80 or Lonewolf frame, but I’m not familiar with the reliability compared to an OEM frame. Thank you for your time and input. Here is an example done by NAF Solutions:
  7. I prefer the 170 and 140 magazines, but can appreciate those that like the 155 magazines. Maybe I just need to pick some up and train more.
  8. You can also send your frame to someone like NAF Solutions, who can stipple it and do a grip chop to compact size, for less than half of that price ?
  9. GG also offers a much cheaper grip frame if you like the pattern. The price includes a new frame: https://grayguns.com/product/p320-x-five-laser-grip-module/
  10. I think the combo you already use with gen 2 tubes will work great.
  11. The Atlas Chaos seems to be a forum favorite for Open. Not too long of a wait for your build as well.
  12. Just re-read this, excellent advice! Thanks again OP!
  13. I’ve owned a NERD holster and a Red Hill Tactical double layered competition holster. I like them both, but prefer the RHT. I’m waiting on a new RHT 3 Gun holster now with a QLS fork, I wanted something with a bit more protection than the competition holster. If you order this week, the code FREEDOM will save you 15%.
  14. Awesome, thanks for the updates! I purchase my ammo online in bulk usually, Speer Lawman/Blazer Brass for range ammo, Federal HST +P for defensive loads.
  15. The picture above of the DVC 3 Gun is mine, I've included a better picture with the grip safety fully depressed. The corner of the frame where it meets the beavertail could use some blending, as shown in the above STI Edge.
  16. Congrats! Looking forward to seeing pictures/hearing your thoughts.
  17. Great video and timing! I keep looking at other firearms but now I’m convinced, just save up for the Atlas Chaos.
  18. Forgot about that part haha, but you’re right. My old EDC was a compensated P226 Tacops 9mm, AIWB, with a ROMEO1 and X300U-B, I bet it was up there in weight. Some guys are carrying Shadow 2s with X300U weapon lights. Back to the topic, My DVC 3 Gun has been 100% reliable for me so far. I look forward to running it hard in some events soon.
