sh2 sear cage in TS will fit .to make new trigger bar is no big problem. just fitting TS slide to sh2 frame is the easiest way for u .every one can do it. but more challenge is to make TS DA gun . u must spent money on something.

RS- 10lb variable for factory ammo only. main spring HS 13 lb trigger 1lb 5 oz.

stronger than Fiat but not strong enough like GMC yes Skoda not bad at all. i hope that they improved their special air metal castings and now they have more metal than air in frames.

don't forget the change in the speed

yes it's possible.but it doesn't worth if this will not be in mass production. TS in DA can be the best production gun. tired to break sh2 frames?

i prefer gap of 0.05mm-0.1mm and not 0.85mm. but u can use it as it is.. for this comp u will need lathe and jig with thread M14x1 to make perfect fit. stronger recoil spring will increase barrel lower lug life.

how do u think all aircraft and military weapons with their super accurate platforms built ? they don't have gunsmiths to fit all few K . 000 parts together. handgun is very simple and small part in mech. industry . u can produce and assemble very accurate gun without any fitting.

with properly fit barrel link will hold a lot. what is the service life of H. locking mech. compare to original link system? i know about few regular link system totally ruined barrels after 100k but with the same link.

the trigger is ok. it has some flex but u don't need to add loctite wit plastic trigger. if u want solid feel change it to aluminium. but if u want to fix your plastic t. u can send it to cz EU they will recycle it from other Skoda dashboard.

maybe original link design from 1900 is weak point in 2011 for u . but i don't think the same. modern 2011 barrels can be fitted in better way to work like H. system without changing them . 1911 has other weak points that i hope H. solved them in their design. H. is very interesting gun.

15k it's was the most that sh2 from the club shot before he breaks. others died 3k - 12k with pf 142.

how rounds u shot with this gun?

the last 2 new that i saw didn't work out from the box. we use only 9mm 115 and 124gr. factory ammo pf 135-142. fiochi ,magtech, s&b. R.S 8 -9lb after tuning both of them run 100%. first shot over 20k and second ~5k . the only thing that was broken it's the cocking handle after 1k. that hit hard shooter's face.

for my limited stainless 9 minor. slide glide lite in winter and SG#1 in summer.

with minimum changes u will need only new extractor, ejector and new slide.i think that u can find enough producers in your small island that can make all this parts in less than 2k. and mag catch for lefties is already exist.

don't forget all sh2 da trigger and other internal guts to make it 5.5lb da production gun .

B. good gunsmith but he can use only 1 extra power trigger spring like the original. no need to make this simple gun more complicated.

maybe u order their prototype with wireless trigger system .

the last stock 2 aus. extreme that i opened trigger bar was only polished .no coating. 90% of the work was done. i only finished the last 10% that E.G. custom shop forgot to do.(probably he was concern about switch to his new CZshadow2)
