I run 3 pouches on my limited rig and 5 on my production belt

Been shooting for a about 1.5 years seem to switch guns more than I should ... Started shooting limited then to single stack than back to limited and just picked up a shadow target sp-01 to try production

In a big messy pile stacked up on my safe ... I should figure out a diff method to storing them

I went from glocks and m&p to a 2011 and noticed a big difference in my scores and how I run stages -
I lucked out my pin is .199 and the pin on the rest was .199 as wel .. Will see how it runs Tonarow have a big team match to attend hope it runs good this time if not I'll actually bring my factory slide stop with me

There is guys I shoot with than can stomp me and my Sti with a high point !! ... But taking the skill level of the shooters out of the equation and just going on the build of the gun it's no comparison

I had two para double stacks before I got my sti's they are night and day difference my paras were sloppy and just rough all the way around wouldn't suggest a para to anyone

Put a detent in mine made a huge diff no more locked slides works like a champ now

I run safariland 773 for uspsa and safariland 771 for 3 gun ..like them both

I currently own 2 sti's and have no complaints for how much I shoot and my skill level I couldn't justify buying a infinty as nice as they are

U guys are lucky my wife wants nothing to do with it ... It would be such a good excuse to buy more guns and gear if she was into it too

I run all safariland for uspsa and 3 gun ... Love the 014 holster it's great

Stippling with out sanding an STI grip smooth?

I've stippled two of my 2011s without sanding anything and they turned out great for me -
My 6" 9mm 3 gun pistol and my Sti eagle 5.1 major uspsa postol

I like red I've always picked it up a lot faster than green but think it's all personal preference

I run 3 mags on my belt for limited most stages i don't use more than 2 mags

I love my els belt system have no complaints and have never had a issue with it staying on ... The ease of changing my belt layout for every stage was a selling point for me

It helps to put a detent in it.It's a "Murphy" deal, never locks up in practice and always does on the classifier!!! Exactly how it happened to me yesterday first stage was a classifier had 5 lock ups in 18 rounds ... Zeroed the stage

Have u had any issues with slide locking back on u ? My pistol locked back half way through mags today
