My Shadow 1 does the same. I thought it was me. Other guns I shoot are more consistent.

How much are these in Europe? It is a real nice looking Limited.

I would not do it. But if I did, a buffing wheel with light polishing compound is where I would start.

If you decide to do yours I may be able help. Received a Stock 1 barrel by mistake. It is NIB and 9mm.

Is that the rail? I much prefer no rail.

The website showed 2 a couple weeks ago. None now. But they do have the Stock 3 in stock.

I bought a set of target grips for a CZ97 and fit to two of my guns. A Witness and an Elite Match. These really fit my hands well. I have a conversion slide for the Match to 10MM. Shot a maybe 700 rounds. The big target grips seemed help with recoil. But that may be wishful thinking.

It depends on the bit. Most are too brittle for this. Maybe a cheap bit would last. The barrel will bend the stop, it has to be soft enough not to crack. I have seen the cracked frames in other models. Right at the Slide Stop holes. I will keep what I saw on the frame of a P01 to myself. When they list alloy I expected more.

In my Limited Pro the barrel is flush like OP’s gun on right. I ordered a barrel for it from EAA in another caliber. It is shorter than the original. Contacted Customer Service and still waiting. But it is shorter than slide. Have not tried shooting it. May work fine. This was after the pricing increase. The barrel was more than the complete slide for my Match.

I have a Limited Pro and a Black Shadow SA. I like the trigger better on the SA. Plan on installing a Tanfo SA trigger on the Limited Pro. The Limited Pro is not as tight as the Black Shadow SA. But my Match Elite is. I lay this on the consistency seen on the Tanfo production. Some are awesome and some are average. The CZ guns are all the same.

I have mine in a Blade-Tech Pro. Model #556111 that lists for a Limited. Also left handed. Fits perfect. Works perfect.

Walrus, I have a 9mm 4.5" slide available. Less than two hundred rounds. Converted the gun to 22LR. Permanently.

Took about two hours with a file to fit the Cz 97 grips to a large frame Witness. They did not lay flat. After fitting they are perfect. I used a real fine file, a proper wood file might make this a 30 minute job. The increase in girth is not much. These are very contoured. I hope to locate my spare Nill grips. They are in an attic somewhere. If I find them I will sell the Match grips in the picture. They are nice.

My technique also. Works perfectly and has great metal protection. Put Mobil One in the wife's Sequoia and it does not beat and bang on cold start since switching.

Hinterlands and Oakhill have Stock II available. You may have to purchase a barrel if 10mm or 45 is not desired. Saw some Witness 10mm at Hinterlands with no rail. Listed as 2005. Are these 10 year old NIB guns? I dislike railed handguns. One of these would a good home for an extra 9mm slide.

Maybe it trigger shape. Or sights. My index finger is not comfortable with DA/SA triggers. After 200 rounds it gets sore. The SA CZ and Tanfoglio triggers are more comfortable. It shows in practice.

No, I think they sold out. They were reasonable, but they only had the CZ-97. But for me this works. I have two or three pair stock in box of grips. But I do not know where it is. Braseaux asked about some stock Witness grips and I have not located where they are. I found three plastic grips, but I have a box of nice ones somewhere. But I like the grips on the Limited Pro as well as the Nil. The recent Tanfoglio are top notch also.

Does Numrich still carry these?

I have both, and the fit is better on the Limited Pro. This may be random. Also, it shoots with less recoil, for some reason. I think both my Match slides have a normal rifled barrel, but will check. The 2012 or 2013 Match 9 MM conversion slide came with Super sight. From shooting both with 10MM ammo, the Limited Pro just feels better. But both are fantastic for what I use them for. Considering the cost difference, the Match is better value. The Limited Pro a better gun. Just ordered a 9MM barrel for the Limited Pro. Gave up on getting one from someone here. No one wanted to part with their extras. Hope it really is in stock at EEA. The slide was a 6 - 8 month wait from Tanfoglio. And came with the wrong guide rod, whickh took another month or so to straighten out. But has run like a champ, no FTE or FTF. And with the Super Sight is more accurate in my hands than the Match was with 10MM slide. May be I flinch less often with 9mm

The parts listing at EEA has changed. Is this the 37.00 trigger in the current parts diagram?

Do you want to sell the Match trigger? I want to convert my Limited Pro to SA. Like the SA trigger better than the DA/SA.
