  1. Thanks so much. I have six 20-rounders and glad won't need to buy new ones.
  2. Looking at the TSO, wondering if the mags I have for my TS will work or if I'll need new mags.
  3. I was just looking at dovetail mounts for CZ Shadow and SP-01 at Springer. My Shadow currently serves as backup for my SP-01 Accu-Shadow in production division, but I'm thinking of getting the dovetail mounts for both the Shadow and my XDM 5.25 to try out CO.
  4. I've used BBI and Blue Bullets extensively (with TG) with good results. I clean pretty regularly so dirty is not a problem for me.
  5. What would you think about the 14# spring with 135gr at 130-132pf?
  6. Reasonable enough. I have one and I like it well pretty well. I suggest you think about a trigger job pretty much first thing.
  7. I've had the same problem with the TS. I had to work on my grip a bunch, and I filed down the rear half of the button as well.
  8. I've been on squads with a bunch of new or "newer" shooters and maybe one other RO or reasonably experienced person. Spent all day running people, and it both affected my performance and made it hard to have much of a good time.
  9. I settled on the 135s as well.
  10. And some of think we'll never have a use for that algebra class...
  11. I have a hard time believing that anyone shooting handguns no better than B or C is going to have the skills to classify M or GM with a PCC, since they're being classified against other PCC shooters. Maybe an occasional individual case, but seems likely to be a rare thing to me.
  12. That's when I pull out the bump fire stock.
  13. Had no problems at all after I started using the EGW die, and I also use the hundo.

    Short funny jokes

Everyone has a photographic memory. Some people just don't have film. I almost had a psychic girlfriend...but she left me before we met. I'd kill for a Nobel Peace Prize. (Steven Wright)
  15. We generally recommend that same thing (shoot limited) to newcomers. Less concern with reloads and all that. We try to make sure the RO knows they're new and make sure they don't end up shooting first on a stage.
  16. For some reason the description didn't show up on my screen. Thanks much for the reply!
  17. Nothing there says how many you get for the price. Can you say how many?
  18. Blue Bullets 180gr at 1.15 have run very well in my TS
  19. Some of what the OP added later does not seem to be getting noticed. He said this to shooters directed NOT to tape etc. New shooters don't want to come back and there have been numerous complaints. I'm totally down with letting people know when they're slacking, but this guy seems to be at least a little over the top and there ought to be some boundaries here. I don't need that kind of foul-mouthed jerk turning the atmosphere sour for everybody. A word from the ROs, or the CRO or the RM or the MD (somebody) is reasonable. I don't think the rules justify a procedural.
  20. I do the same. Put a round in the chamber with 4th mag in production, then replace that with 5th mag. Never have a mag with more than 10 so bad thing can't happen. As for "harsh," maybe. That translates into serious incentive to comply with the rules.
  21. I'm also using TG in 9 and 40. Has been very consistent. I pretty much stopped using anything else. I don't really notice a smell with coated bullets either.
  22. Haven't tried the blue 135s. The blacks worked just fine. I went and tried the blue 180s because I was having trouble with my .40 rounds. Bullets didn't seem to sit consistently in the case and I was having feed problems. It might not have the bullets TBH. I changed a few other things to fix the problem. I just stuck with the blues.
