They are Metalform's with the uber finish. They are GTG. The finish is acutally really nice, very slick. But for the price, I'll stick with the PSA/Metalform mags at $12ea. when on sale.

They are new MDs, but the stages are otherwise great.

There was a start recently that I thought would have been impossible that MDs should avoid. There was an "X" taped to a wall at eye level. Muzzle was to be touching the "X," stock touching belt. If I had my SBR, which is legal to use in PCC, I would not have been able to assume that starting position. Not without having the muzzle close to covering my face.

No, he said the gun was a foot closer to the shoulder. Fat or skinny the belt goes around the waist at the same place unless one wears his pants pulled up to his nipples. I really don't see the issue. I'm not visualizing how a fat guy might have an advantage in the start position of buttstock touching belt.

There was an incredible deal on GB for a EAA Limited with a ton of mags and extra parts that went for $825 the other day. Almost bid just because.

I tried one on a CO gun, minor PF of course, and it was fine for durability in that role, but the 3moa dot was too small for me. I see they have a 6moa version now. Vortex's warranty is top notch, so use it til it breaks or you want something different.

What sights are on your 2011? If a Bomar cut like on an Edge, you'll need that mount.

Miamisburg did split days in the late 90's & early 2000's. But, Randy did most of the work, may he rest in peace. Like running 2 matches in one day. Around 30 shooters each session. The first half finished helping with set up, second session did tear down, which goes much faster than setup. We stopped doing it after Randy passed.

Also look at the EAA Limited. Gorgeous gun. I'm left handed, and the right side lever is a little small & harder to reach, otherwise I'd have one.

I have a feeling we won't ever see the patching penalty again. Because of all the reasons outlined here. And it's not supported by a sane interpretation of the rule book without stretching to the elastic limit. I'm sorry people had to shoot a major under such an asinine "rule." I bet DNROI's email blew up after that match.

The gauge for open is 171.25, so yeah a 140 with a Para pad will fit it.

There were/are some good deals on Wolf Gold. I had several emails last week, which I have deleted, that had it for ~$280.

I know Eric has been successful using Para pads on 140 mags, I can't get them to work. I've tried STI, SV old style, & I always get a stuck follower & a kinked up spring. With the 126 STI tube, the ribs go further down & my follower doesn't stick. With Para bases & Grams 11 coil guts, I get 25 reloadable. It's a handy mag.

19 should be WELL enough spring to light the hardest primers. Most run 15-17# springs. Is it all the way in battery when you have the light strikes?

Definitely shoot your 3 gun pistol in limited minor. It's all about your goals, & USPSA be a great place to polish your pistol skills.
