  1. You can drop the striker on the first shot and squeeze on the rest, put the Glock slightly out of battery and squeeze on all, or switch to a P320 and drop the striker on the first followed by the reset click on all others.
  2. I think having a big magwell was just not on the radar of the engineers when the P320 was first designed. Based on design requirements and feedback from the former Team SIG you will notice that the new P320 X5'a magwell is pretty massive even without the additional external bolt on magwell.

That's too bad if the release is pushed back but at least we know they are coming. This arrived recently in the hands of some .mil shooters near me. I got to play with it in the safe area today.

    P320 RX

Yes, it fits the suppressor sights and the RX in general without needing modification. You can use the discount "Cole4RHT" to save 10%. The double layered is my favorite USPSA holster to date and I am still primarily using the one I paid full retail for three years ago.
  5. C-More has been a long time sponsor for Max so he ran CO with an RTS2 at Nationals last year. This year the guns of his that I have seen have been equipped with SIG Romeo3. He mentioned going to the Romeo3 initially since it is closest to the RTS2 that he had been using.
  6. Take out the trigger stop pin and see if it drops it then. If it does then you could remove a small amount of material from the top back of the trigger where it contacts the trigger stop pin. If it doesn't then contact Grayguns and the will likely hook you up with a slightly shorter triggerbar that should fix the issue.
  7. He works very hard. Very athletic but also does a ton of movement drills apparently.

I don't bother turning mine off ever. The battery still lasts for months. I don't know how many, but a lot.

35oz was mentioned. That may be with the external magwell too.
  10. I have see one Elfmann hammer so far that broke at in an MPX at the 3 Gun Nation Regionals.
  11. That is my understanding. I argued the same thing against the Springer until he produced the ruling from Troy. Bruce spoke with DNROI at Production Nationals and again at Shot Show this year. At Production Nationals is when he asked about the curved and got the response that it would be good to go because it's close enough to the factory profile. I told him he really needs to get something in writing. On Facebook got a response back from IDPA that the curved trigger would be fine for SSP but he was also waiting for something in writing.

    P320 RX

    RX fun from this weekend
  13. Being able to run with 23+1 is nice and all of a sudden there is competition in CO! This is from this weekend at Quantico. It's much easier to call shots and that's something I apparently need to get used to. For example on the far right target I called a C and quickly made or up but called the makeup as another C. I hesitated while I was trying to figure out what to do. Fun stuff though.

    P320 X5 Thread

Thanks for sharing! This one is in California: SIG was good to me for the past two seasons and I have been converted over. If there was another Production or Carry Optics gun that I liked better than the I would be shooting it, but for now I still prefer the SIGs and am happy when I can help to share information about them. I certainly wouldn't mind if they dropped me an X5 as an expression of gratitude but just in case the clouds don't part for that I have one on order with another dealer. Common, Phil! Get those guns out!

Not June. What I heard is a big push for the 5X. As long a nothing has changed I would expect it to be legal by Optics Nationals.

    P320 X5 Thread

The current 17 round magazines will fit flush once the wings have been removed from the base pads or the base pads have been swapped out for an alternative style like the Springer Precision .25 or .375 pads. Around March SIG should also start selling 17 round magazines equipped with the base pads for the X-Carry and VTac; the ones without wings already that have a slightly longer front.
  17. Still hilarious. Where do you get such sharp wit?

    P320 X5 Thread

That's the hope. Bruce Gray spoke with DNROI at shot and gave him samples of the current triggers. Bruce already got the not from him about the curved profile triggers while while they were at Production Nationals last year. I stressed to Bruce that something in writing will be required. There are a few other potential paths to assure the GGI triggers are production legal that could be used in the near future. I will try to come back and post here when I hear something definitive.

No. Textured grip sections are recessed and very different in size and couture. There is a very good chance that Springer Precision will have precut grip tape for the X grip soon.
  20. You can point the gun at yourself on the draw now. Last time I checked that was legal.
  21. 1911s are under "other" except for the SIG style ones which can be found under "SIG" http://redhilltactical.com/products/doublelayerowb They also have a nice aluminum drop offset hanger but that doesn't work for single stack.
  22. I have been using Red Hill Tactical holsters for the last three seasons and I think Robert's double layered models are absolutely the best. Check them out here: http://redhilltactical.com If you like what you see you can save 10% with the code "Cole4RHT"
  23. They fit in the USPSA box for sure. I don't know off hand what dimensions IDPA uses.
  24. Would it be possible to borrow mags for Nationals?
