  1. I am running the WRS from Blade Tech. They make a 6" that will fit a 5"-6" and it will mount to QLS.
  2. Does the Primary hold up to being tossed in a barrel on the way by though? The MTAC is pretty durable. I shot one for the first year in 3 gun before going to a Swaro and a Pris. Mark is right about 1x. I bought the Pris after shooting Ozark with him and James and I can fairly consistantly hit 500+ with two or three shots with it and its fixed 1x. Sometimes less is more....
  3. I am running a 9mm FDC bushing barrel gun built and tuned by Benny Hill built on an Edge platform that runs like a top. 23 in the tuned mags makes it so you don't have to reload very often on 3 gun stages which is time saver. I had the slide lightened by Accurate Iron with some really cool slide cuts before it was hard chromed.
  4. I use the one that comes with the belt and a leather one that a friend of mine gave me that he got at a police supply shop that has two snaps on it. The two together give you some piece of mind. Its never once come loose in two years.
  5. Go with a Dillon 650 and never look back. No problems and if there ever is a problem (my case feeder cam helix screw worked itself out) they will take care of the problem quickly and usually for free. Normal wear and tear isn't covered but anything that breaks other than that gets replaced for free. Well worth the extra money.
  6. Anyone set up a Hornady Bullet Feeder on their 650? If so i would love to see how you mounted it to the press. I would rather not start drilling holes in the press if there is an easier way.

  8. When i called Dillion about this happening to mine a few months ago, they sent me a new one for free w/o me having to send back the old one.
  9. One of the guys i shoot with lit off his 1050 stack and it was a buildup of primers that did not get seated that were in the housing the primer bar slides through that finally built up enough that the backstroke lit one off causing the stack to go off. Federal primers don't help either. I switched to Winchester.
  10. I lit off the whole stack in my 650 and we finally deduced that it was because i was loading while wearing leather house shoes and my bench is in my house on carpet. We think that static electricity built up and when i touched the primer tube, the static electricity set off the tube. Nothing else was wrong with the press and after some cleaning of my pants and the 650, i went back to loading. Now i always stand on rubber mats in front of the bench and ground myself on the bench itself before i start loading.
  11. TiteGroup, Autocomp, WST and True Blue all meter very well through my 650.
  12. I got the Safariland ones and love them. You have to download the catalog online and look up the item number to enter into their horrible website so you can find them but they are well padded, light and pretty inexpensive. They are neoprene and fit everyone that has tried mine pretty well.
  13. I have both and it seems like the flat trigger is a bit smoother in its pull on long range shots and faster on short. I have both in several rifles and really like the 24C.
  14. Very rarely are you changing mags on a stage with the coupled/extended options available now. It would seem to be more of a hindrance that a help to me. I stick the mag in a pocket when I am on deck and load up there. I would worry about hanging it up on a wall ir prop while moving.
  15. You can't go wrong with C-Rums either. He did my SLP and M2 work and its always perfect and well finished and he is the one that fills/welds the lifters for TTI, Salient, Benny, etc. could not recommend him more.
  16. You should have gotten a Benelli says the guy who sold you a G34 and just bought a VM. Darby's runs like a freight train though. I may send mine to the same folks to have them work it over.
  17. I have had the 60" Voodoo for two years and love it but it is a heavier bag that the Safari. I am leaning toward the Safari when the Voodoo wears out.
  18. Nice rifle. Sounds pretty solid. Not sure I would change anything.
  19. Increase the gas for sure. Mine was doing the same thing. Also check your buffer. The JP LMOS buffers will sometimes allow the roll pin to work out then it will drag on the inside of the buffer tube and slow the bolt down. That happened to me twice and a friend had it happen at Texas MG this year.
  20. The spikes shark one is pretty cool looking too.
  21. Huge fan of the Noveske lowers. I have 4 now and they make it much easier to change mags due to the wide magwell opening. I bought the chainsaw versions since I am going to be throwing it in a barrel anyway. I bought a Seeking forged lower and the billet one and actually like the forged one better for reloads though the billet one wins on style points.
  22. The Shooters Source has them as well and they are running 20% off of everything this weekend. Just picked another HF up for the next build. Jeremy and TK are great guys to deal with and both 3 gunners.
  23. I run BADs on all my rifles and have never had an issue. They are easier to lock the bolt back when finished and make for a wicked fast reload when i use the warfytr mag pouch if you run it dry.
