I really like a 50 yard zero b/c that puts you almost dead on at 200 and only about 1" high at 100. A lot of the matches I shoot, including the majors, have been putting no shoots in front of rifle targets so that only the head is showing. Unless you hold high for that you run the risk of a NS hit. 50 yard zero minimizes that risk and a lot of 3 gun shooting is close range. I run a Swaro Z6i and it lines up well with the hash marks on the reticle for the 300-600 ranges too, which it did not do on a 100 yard zero.
