Took mine out today, ended up very well pleased. How this is set up, it weights a little less than half an ounce under 7 pounds without a mag.

Ha, I had a philosophy class that the final essay was why do you believe the chair is there (had a regular cheapo plastic chair in the front of the room). I simply wrote, "what chair," and handed it in.

I got hooked on the GoT series quickly as well. Im about to start it for the 3rd time. Just finished Dune, really enjoyed it. Reading some of the Jack Reacher books right now, cant decide if I love them or hate them. I had just finished The Hobbit again and should probably be working on grad school work. I'm going to wait until this semester ends to start up any more books, I could sit all evening during the week and all day Saturday and Sunday reading if I let myself. I only got to the point of the children "adopting" the direwolf pups, I will start over, of course.

Just ran my Corvette on my irons AR. Very nice feel, I did clock it over to about 2 o'clock, it feels slightly better than my JM. I'm happy, it feels good no complaints from either one.

The most brutal part of the show was Rick biting out a nice section of Joe's jugular and carotid and then stabbing Dan to death in the cruelest form ever. On Talking Dead, they said that season 5 is going to be like a nuclear bomb going off, I can't wait for the fall.

During a substitute workday the other week, I had a student give me the first Game of Thrones book to read, read about 50 pages of it and I ordered the 5 book bundle for the summer.

To make the stiff recoil pad softer, could you drill out material by drilling the sides in a waffle pattern after freezing the pad?

I couldn't find this through the search feature, I was wondering why some people stuff their butt stocks with weights? I have a lightweight ironsighted barrel/handguard/ and an ACS stock that I can put lead weights into. Does a heavier stock with a light weighted front end increase mobility or just help with recoil reduction? Maybe I'm missing something?

It looks good, I wonder how barrel life will be with that machine gun barrel. Probably pretty damn resilient to withstand what you throw at it and a whole lot more. Go for it.

The MagPulled A2 looks interesting, I've yet to fondle one in the wild.

I've run modified choke in my VM this season and have had great success with Winchester 1600fps slugs. My 28" barrel hasn't blown up nor has choke been damaged.

Watch out for Freedom Munitions, one of my .40 reman rounds' case was split all the way down the brass to the primer. Glad it was the top round in a mag with the split easily visible.

Finally have everything in, the barrel arrived a few fondles ago. Probably going to be early this coming week before I can assemble.
