I had a mag do the same.
Check spring, my issue was the spring would cock to one side
And jam.
Mags that had springs stay straight in mag would have no issues.
147s stretched to 1.115.

Possibilities. .......
1 dull blade (RiggerJJ )
2 to fast of a stroke....go steady let the carbide cut and clear shavings
3 you have LC brass with factory perforations on it still due cutting length.
Some LC brass will be cut to 1.755 and still have the factory perforations
On the end of the brass. You will have to determine that because it's hard to see

I have processed brass for one customer who purchased OFB.
It was wet tumbled and sat for a unknown period.
The primers were like corroded and sort of stuck.
