  1. Shootersconnection.com Has the caliber conversions in stock. Ask for Mike he will hook you up
  2. First nothing must be touching bullet dropper. For temporary fast fix. Attach a hanger on case feed support. Aim toward bullet dropper. About 6 inches from top. Use clear plastic tube around bullet dropper spring. Pull spring toward dropper. Zip tie spring at plastic tube point. (Plastic tube prevents zip tie from blocking bullets) Make approx 5-6 inches loose spring on feeder side. Test and adjust so feeder goes up and down like butter. No extra weight will be required. In time. Make a nice stainless bracket.
  3. Get then replaced under warranty. You can't beat the LNL bushings. I love that on my LNL. And would kill for a billet 1050 head with LNL bushings!!
  4. Remove the swage punch. Do a run with NON-CRIMPED brass to confirm
  5. I haven't crossed this bridge YET. But my buddy doesn't need one, but he is using FMJ BT But I dont know his loading pace. I was told Dillon has a 223 PTX die to slightly bell cases At the powder drop which would be best scenario. Or before powder drop a Lee Universal Expander die would Get it done. Any belling method would require crimping unless using The Boat Tail projectiles. I prefer not to crimp on my ammo for accuracy.
  6. Also mini tip.... The spring that goes into die, must be pushed all the way in, then pulled back about 1mm otherwise it will jam up bullets.
  7. No problem to reload. Use the Hornady Dies
  8. If you are referring to the case feeder cam wire. Your alignment is off. Probably the bottom mount plate. I thought I has that issue also. Drill out mount holes and mouth plate to 1/2. Install 1/2 bolts, it eliminates all the margin for error.
  9. Btw I highly recommend the inlinefabrication.com strong mount kit And the LED ceiling kit. Best money spent.
  10. Hey bro Go to 1-part.com Rite before final checkout use BEF for coupon code
  11. I have Hornady and MBF. I dont care what anybody says..they all make noise. The Hornady is jam up for pistol and can't be beat. You just have to set correct basket angle for your bullet weights. And if you get UPSIDE DOWN BULLETS ITS YOUR FAULT. SET YOUR SWEEPERS CORRECTLY. A rifle adapter is suppose to be ready toward end of this year according to the tech. I talked to. Dollar for dollar can't beat the Hornady.
  12. Lightly tighten bullet feeder die, then back off a 1/2 turn. Must have cartridge belled, to set up bullet feeder height in press
  13. Case feed issue. Either your mount plate at bottom has shifted or is bent where cam rod is bolted. The upper assembly of case drop. (Where it mounts to case feeder arm) there is some room For movement check that area. I am guessing that is off a good bit when you did your tape job #2 make sure there is no debris at bottom of primer tube, use some weight on rod, make sure Primer push rod is tight and make sure no debris in front of primer carrier and where it butts to shell Plate and moment of priming.
  14. Go 2 Dillon website. INDIVIDUAL PRESS parts .
