  1. The q5 very much has a single action mechanism. Not sure about the sig. Glock does not as the trigger pull cocks the striker.
  2. Same here. There are always a handful of ROs and usually multiple CROs on each squad at most of the matches I go to. For incorrect start positions someone just yells stop and sorts it out before they start, assuming someone noticed, to prevent having them have to reshoot.
  3. I'm using these in my CO gun but I also put one in my one of my STI mags and that mag puked on me twice, binding up at the bottom and causing the salt shaker effect, so I'm not using it anymore. Hopefully the Walther isn't susceptible to the same issue. It's possible it was related to a worn or out of spec mag spring, not really sure, but that mag works fine with Grams followers
  4. It's on the Production list, so yes.
  5. USPSA required 2,000 total units, not 2,000 per year
  6. It doesn't contact the table at all with the grips I'm using (not pictured as they are prototypes and I'm not allowed to show them yet)
  7. The Dawson Lo Pro button fits perfectly. I cut off the threaded shaft and epoxied it to the button. It's almost the exact same diameter. It's even IDPA legal, only sticks out .175 from the frame.
  8. The spring fixed the issue, yes. But I've only shot about 50 rounds through it since.
  9. Coach's eye won't count shots. This will https://apps.apple.com/us/app/clipshot/id1193136046
  10. yep, Joe should have left that part out. Now all of his opinions are totally invalidated due to mental illness.
  11. Area 8 has been in August for the last bunch of years. Late Sept/Early Oct is Nationals times
  12. I'm a prone hater because it always seems there is a 100% chance it's going to rain at least part of the match and someone is going to have to start on that stage and shoot the rest of the day covered in mud.
  13. I thought the complaining was to do with the stupid props on the stages that have nothing to do with shooting, see also: pool noodles, giant truck tires.
  14. I have one. I love it. At this point it's the only frame I'd consider to have another gun built on.
  15. The more I think about it and remember back to 2017 and 2018 when I shot it, the more I remember liking it...so, just ignore me
  16. It's not the worst thing and ends up creating a pretty relaxed two days of shooting because each day is easy. You're right that 14 stages in one day can be rough, but it's also doable. The biggest thing is it's an extra night in a hotel for the visiting people, which isn't the most terrible thing I suppose.
  17. A5 is cool but no need to make a 12 stage match take two days
  18. In this example the hole is the size of a quarter! I'm not buying it that that's counting as a hit. Tumbling bullets are much different
  19. 1- If you can determine if it was a full diameter hit on the barrel, it's a miss (unless barrels were declared soft cover in the WSB) 2- If you can't make out a crown, grease ring, partial circumference of a bullet or other evidence that it was a bullet that made the hole and not a piece of barrel or frag or wood, it's a miss. Rule is 9.5.5
  20. Akai makes a magwell that fixes this too. I don't think it needs fitting on a PT grip. Cheely also makes one for his grips, with a delrin insert like the Dawson Ice
  21. That's just a guess based on it being so damn heavy. I don't really know
  22. No, bump to open. 11 in the mag after the start signal. The chamber being empty isn't really relevant.
