My daughter who is 14 yrs old and tiny 90# soaking wet was shooting limited but had to move to open because the recoil was to much for her to accurately handle, I wanted to get some slide lightening work done for her but everybody said the recoil would be to harsh.

My wife and I were out practicing the other day, when we practice we do so like we are in a match, when I told her to unload and show clear she did the same thing and had a AD, TWICE, she did it once and was so flustered from her mistake she reracked the slide and did the exact same thing, didn't drop the mag. And that is why we practice like it is a competition. Moral of the story is when you get flustered its time to slow down and start thinking.

Heard the 650 is not as good as a choice as the 550 cause you can't see the primer slide working, only hear say cause I use a 550.

Pretty new to Benos, what is the deal with post counts and bumping guess I really don't understand why it matters how many posts you have?

Probably wrong place to post this but I have a friend who severely injured his sting hand(cut it off and hd about 75% of it reattached but all useless) anyway he wants to get back into shooting but can't rack a gun with out a slide racker, we picked up a long slide xdm .40 for him and would like to get a slide racker installed on it any suggestions whould be appreciated.

My daughter has been shooting 2 years open, she is now 15 and about 90 #, what we have found works best for a small statured shooter is a very efficient comp, she is shooting a limcat spearcat and shoots a 178 pf and that's what she likes keeps the gun nice and flat. I've used about everything and just started using slide glide and I gotta say I love it, stays where you put it which is the number one prioritie.

Ya I've seen bad crimps when the gun goes into battery it spits the bullet out which is what it sounds like to me, normally a squib will go further In to the barrel.

My daughter and I shoot 38 super comp built by Johnny lim, I have never shot a 9maj gun but she has and says it is much snappier and harder to control, the fact she is 14 yrs old and 90 pounds might have something to do with that but regardless think I will stick with 38 sc.

I am trying to get my daughter set up in 3gun we have the pistol and rifle taken care of but are having trouble finding a shotgun for her, she is 15 yrs old and 90 pounds soaking wet. Last year was a rem 1100 12ga, witch was to much for her so we picked up a m2 in 20 ga but are having probs with assesories and I'm not sur what the best loads for her whould be.

I use 3n38 with two different guns, one is a limcat and the other is a Akai with very different loads.If you are useing 124's I would start at 7.8 gr, if useing 115's no more than 8.6 for a start and work your way up. Good luck and be safe.

I use a stealth and like it, had a ghost and didn't care for it.

My guns go through a battery about in a match and a half, that's to much for me do I turn it off.

I'm looking for a powder to replace 3n38, I have access to longsot but no experience, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I'm looking for n38 and can't find any, is longsot comparable?

I use 3n37 at 7.8 gr and I am at 166 PF, I just load shorter oal at 1.20 to get a little more pressure, love that load it runs great
