  1. The calibration ammo requirements are sub-minor (115-125)
  2. The load I use for a PCC is 5.0 Gr Clean Shot, Berrys 115 Gr RNHBTP, mixed brass, 1.150 OAL, WSP. Got an SD of 9 last chrono session. I load for ~1200 FPS. ETA: 8" comp'ed barrel
  3. I used to use N320 until I discovered Clays. Tried TG but it looked like my gun would sneak out of my holster and roll in the dirt. Filthy stuff. Then Clays went unavailable so I tried N310 and finally Vectan Ba10. Ba10 was perfect, clean and single SD consistent.
  4. I got a couple K through Powder Valley a couple weeks ago. Haven't tried since...
  5. Answers found here: https://uspsa.org/pages/about/classification Last paragraph for the match bump For your second question: - A division must have at least three Grand Masters - All three Grand Masters must have a match percentage of 90 percent or higher There were only 2 Production GMs that scored 90 or better...
  6. From the Hate Forum rules: "• If your hate rant has to do with shooting then it needs to be directed towards yourself."
  7. No bad days in 12 years! But then. the mag was tuned by Beven. My .40 tubes would hold 26 rounds and the .45 tube held 26.5. I used that mag for reloads on the clock
  8. i went the other way when I was shooting open and used a .45 170mm tube for .40. The only difference that I know of is the depth of the ribs on the sides of the tubes. If you look at your .40 tube, you will see that one side is deeper than the other. On a .45 tube, the ribs are shallow on both sides.
  9. Do you have grip tape or a label on the basepad? If you do, remove it and measure again. If not, it probably would not pass.
  10. Show the top square on with the mag laying on the gauge. Then apply "slight pressure" and repeat. Thanks!
  11. Again, we have been taken to the precipice of personal attacks and trolling. One more, thread closed.
  12. I had used 47D's for about 15 years. They were getting tired (Wilson had replaced some tubes already) so I ordered an octet of ETM mags and had them dropped shipped to my friends house in Scottsdale. I unpacked them and went to the Western States Single Stack Championship. Zero problems and no issue getting full mags into the gun. The tubes are about 1/8" longer than the 47Ds. They seat much easier than the 47D's. Great choice for a .45 mag.
  13. For now, use the link that is 6 or 7 posts up in this thread.
  14. Search for "2020 uspsa area 8 championship " on youtube. There are many videos from the match...
  15. And now the next step... SACRAMENTO – California Attorney General Xavier Becerra today filed a petition in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit seeking en banc review of a recent decision in Duncan v. Becerra. let's see what happens next. ETA: I believe the next step must occur within 21 days. For now, no LCMs for CA. ETA #2: Info from both sides of the street: https://crpa.org/duncan-en-banc-what-happens-next/ https://oag.ca.gov/news/press-releases/attorney-general-becerra-continues-defense-california’s-ban-acquisition-and
  16. In addition to the safety aspect, do not give the shooter an opportunity to successfully troll for a reshoot by trying to get the RO to say something other than the approved range commands.
  17. This is what I see when I click the "newspaper looking thing" and the +.
  18. Actually it is different because you can also see T1 and T3 from the rear outside corners of the shooting area.
  19. I went for a bike ride before the marine layer burnt off. It has been humid (not like back east, but much more than we are used to). Thought through some stuff. The reason I am being real annoying about this is that I have learned, working as an CRO/RM, that when the little voice asks if something is legal, dig in! If you don't someone else might and solving crap like this on the clock is a real bummer. To review, I was concerned about the targets in the back (original stage). T1 and T3 can be seen at both location A&C and B&D as well as two step increments along the side fault lines. But, by the appendix definition of view, the view of T1 and T3 is the same from any of those locations. But, the same definition deals with line of sight to arrays of targets. While riding, I decided I needed to re-check the glossary definition of array. I would of done it right then and there but there was beach volleyball game going on so I waited until I got home. From A3 "Array A grouping of more than one target." I was thinking T1 and T3 could each be an array of one but as you see, that won't fly. But, since there are no USPSA constraints on "grouping" I would claim that T1 and T3 are an array and do not require more than 8 rounds from any location or view. The rest of the target arrays require either 6 or 8 rounds. And that would be the argument that I would bring forward when someone arbs the stage to get it thrown out do to a crappy run . Original stage is just fine and I can walk it through the rule book if I need to. Although, I may be tempted to use the alternative just to make RJH run more
  20. I can say that I am 100% sure the last fix is legal. I can not say that about the original stage. (due to the definition of view and array).
  21. Due to my understanding of the definitions of view, location and array, this is what I would field.
  22. My "accessibility menu" is shown a few posts up. No such menu item. Other than being bitter about the removal of the "mark site read" button, I will get by... (Touch of Gray )
  23. That is better but still ~ 1/4 the size of mobile mode.
