  1. There are a handful of 5" guns on the IPSC Production List.
  2. I have also used both, I use BBI because they don't really smoke so there is no reason to spend the extra money for Xtreme.

    Rear Sight Offset

Ive see tac sports that are really far off to the right. They seem to have the correct poa/poi
  4. I had a EFK Firedragon one, its different but still the same idea. I couldn't ever tell and difference from just a standard 1 piece guide rod
  5. Back to the original question, "Whats so bad about glock factory sights?" I think a lot of times not having a blacked out rear sight can benefit new shooters because it gives them a little bit of contrast between the ft and rear sight. However, once you get a little experience and start to see things a little better while shooting, a blacked out rear target style sight is soooooo much better then dots or goal post or anything else people come up with.
  6. Congrats, the only thing that would make it better is if the room number was 1911 or 2011

    LEARN me sumpin!

What year was the one you locally built? If its not a newer one you might want to get a short reset trigger
  8. My M&P started having fte problems fter about 3000 rounds, replaced it with a apex extractor and shot another 25,000 rounds without a single fte
  9. You can have the slide machined for sights (appendix d4 21.2)in uspsa production, pretty sure that's a not allowed for ipsc though.
  10. Call cgw and get a set from them. The set I bought from them came with a Dawson front sight. The Dawson ft sight is much more crisp then a czc ft sight
  11. Maybe volunteer to shoot every stage 1st in you squad, I doubt too many people would object
  12. Thanks for the advice, Ill give them both a try, then it should stay in for sure
  13. So I noticed that the front sight roll pin had fallen out a couple days ago. I replaced it and shot about a 150 rounds out of it today. After practicing I noticed that the new pin had started to move out also. Anyone else ever experience this? Anyone know that might cause this to happen? The gun is SP-01 Shadow

    3 Gun CZ's

Looks like the grip tape was put on a Tac Sport, SA only gun, never will be Production legal anyway
  15. I have never run a complete glock guide rod assy in a m&p but have run a complete m&p guide rod assy in a glock 35 and it worked just fine.
  16. According to the video, if I was allowed to carry multiple guns I would be a national champ in no time since I would be saving tons of time by changing guns rather then reloading
  17. I would go with the Tanfo. Steel gun and you can get good triggers out of them
  18. CZC sp01 shadow custom. It has.fixed sights that won't move without you knowing about it like adjustable.
  19. I don't mind having a little wear on the gun, makes it look like us actually use it enough to know what you are doing.
  20. My M&Ps I use the strong hand thumb, My CZs and 1911s I use my week hand thumb. It just depends on what is more natural depending on the set up
  21. I might have a 1000 rounds through my shadow and there is a fair amount of wear on the front edges of the dust cover from holster wear. But to be fair, I have dryfired it enough already to break my 1st tigger return spring
  22. I like right to left so that I can lead with my non shooting eye. In dryfire and practice I try to keep everything 50/50 on direction
  23. I would get the Cajun gun works floating trigger pin to replace the factory one when you do it
