  1. I needed a shorter front sight to zero at 20 yards with 135 grain 9mm.
  2. The latest ive heard is late June. If anyone has anymore info on that, let us know! Im guessing price will be 275ish or less. Expensive but at least its cheaper and faster than a trigger job.
  3. Hrmph, Shame to hear they're a narrow cut. Ive been eyeballing these for a while now but i wear a 2E.
  4. This is very interesting. I wonder what the price point will be and if they are going to release them pre cut for optics. Hmm!!!
  5. The Target model was shown with a straight trigger. There has been talk about drop in trigger kits that are production legal for the standard 320's. I am wondering what was over heard at Area 1...
  6. Competition trigger or competition pistol? Are we talking about Grey Guns parts or the Sig Target?
  7. I really dont understand why people think pre travel is a hindrance... So long as the trigger's mechanical reset is short, pre travel means absolutely nothing. Sig's have triggers that in my opinion rival CZ's. The problem is that a CZ is way easier to get down to the 2 lb area with minimal work and most USPSA shooters want 2 lb triggers.
  8. The CZ has a stupid long reset? The 320 also has a high bore axis. I think there are other reasons why the DA/SA sig's havent taken off.
  9. Are they producing the large in the revised second generation design yet?
  10. The factory trigger on the 320 is "good", actually very good for a stock trigger but i still cant help but want something better for games. Im absolutely dying to get SOMETHING done to the gun that doesnt cost time and oodles of money. Im sure the trigger work out there is "worth" it but ive always been a drop in man myself. I guess im spoiled by Glocks, M&P"s and already established platforms like the CZ75.
  11. What have you done to get your trigger down to around 4 lbs? Im immensely curious.
  12. Jon, My slide stop is also very, very heavy to release. Constant use and wear have alleviated this somewhat. The typical answer would be to keep messing around with the gun and shooting it as the parts will wear in with time and use and become easier to operate. With rounds in a fresh mag, the release isnt as hard as it once was. With no rounds in the magazine and the follower engaging the slide stop, the slide stop is still almost impossible to release unlike my well worn Glocks.
  13. 2 oz. You can add weight up until 31.4 on the full size. That is great info, thank you.
  14. Easily. They are about 1.2 OZ I think. subtract .1 oz for the removal of the factory base pad. you can easily add a FAT Guide rod which is 0.50 oz and an extended magazine release which is actually 0.10oz lighter. Sights are negligible as is the Large grip module. Interesting! I thought the production weight limit was 1 ounce over listed weight?
  15. Alma, Do you make weight with those pads? They're listed as being pretty heavy.
  16. The .150 sized rear notch on the novak rear sight is/was a little wide for my tastes. I asked Novak if they could cut me one with a smaller aperature and they said...no, absolutely not.
  17. Yeah, when i first installed the 12.5 lb spring it brought back memories of failure to return to battery issues i had with an M&P years ago. So far, in 70 rounds of live fire, it worked just fine but that is hardly a concrete test. I have no problem replacing springs often if they allow the gun to perform as i desire. However, if they're unreliable, out they go. Ill probably have to try a wolf 13 pounder at some point as the 14 lb spring felt OK but not quite as awesome as that 12.5 lb spring. I really wish ISMI would make a 13 lb 1911 spring as i much prefer their construction/design to the wolf units.

    Sig P320

Provided they don't change external dimensions, a drop in trigger should be 100% production legal.
  19. Any long term durability reports from people running that 12.5 lb spring? With my 135 grain reloads running 130k power factor i absolutely LOVED the 12.5 lb spring but man does it feel light...

    Sig P320

Yay, so a release is imminent? I absolutely adore my new 320 but ive got to admit that the seven pound factory trigger is a little on the heavy side.
  21. Heya guys. Im curious as to what you guys are running in your guns. So far, ive got 100 rounds (I know, sad) through my brand new P320 of my old load which is a 1.12 length 135 grain Extreme Round nose flat point sitting on top of 4.0 grains of WST. I am also running a 14 lb wolf recoil spring and the gun has been 100%. I have yet to chrono it. What have you guys found these guns to like as far as bullet weight? What is proving to be the most accurate round for you all?
  22. My Dawson sights just came in. The gun is shooting one inch low at 15. Unfortunately i couldnt group it at 25 since the range i shot on today wasnt that long. I am shooting 135 grain 9mm on top of 4.0 grains of WST. From the factory, my gun came with a #6 and a #8 rear sight.
  23. Very interesting article. https://trevoronthetrigger.wordpress.com/2014/05/01/msa-sordin-supreme-performance-the-misleading-nrr18db-rating/

    CZ Shadow 2 video

Wow... Very cool looking revision. I wonder when we are going to see it on our shores.
