I believe Alice at Tac Pro has AICS in stock. last year I had a 6 month wait but production is going again. You can even get an AICS 2.0.

185's are pretty violent at major, 200's and 220's are softer. love clays with 200-220's.

I have used gallons of Boeshield on the insides of aircraft where it belongs. Its not even one of the better corrosion protection sprays out there, I prefer LPS 3 or the great but nasty Dynotrol for that. Dont use it on cases, you will not be able to clean it all off by tumbling and as it wicks like mad you will get squibs. Honady one shot is the best for pistol cases but does not have the friction reducers and anti gall properties needed for some rifle brass. Just clean it off with silicone spray and a towl. The best thing I have used for tough rifle brass is Imperial Sizing Die Wax. The only problem is its not a spray.

Awards are done and looks like Dave won by just a couple of points over Chris and a few points back was Rob. Dave dethroned TGO and won the Nationals in Limited class with a Glock and no magwell. This has to be the deepest field with the best competition in years to bad there is no real coverage.

Is it only me that thinks shooting can also be a spectator sport??? Its hard to be much of a spectator and follow the Nationals "Our Super Bowl" when the organizing body wont post daily results. Heck I think with our membership we should have webcams, photos, interviews and after action commentary from super squad members. I think it would be worth a little of my membership $$$ to have some daily updates and photos posted. I would lay odds that "the best writer I have seen published in front sight" our own dirtypool AKA Eric would be happy to write some articles and do some real time interviews if the board would ask him nicely. Of course trying to shoot the match may get in the way of this? This is in no way a knock on the girls and guys working the match as they bust their butts getting the match run and scoring done. But there has to be a way to follow the Nationals??

The first news I have gotten is... Rob is clean in the 1st 2 stages and chrono. Manny threw a couple of misses. Dirtypool is smooth but had a miss, & he has the Latin umbrella girl. Chris is the hot shoe at this point.. USPSA sight is still not updated, they need webcams.

Did anyone notice the original date on this post? I bought the Power Custom as I was planning on doing other guns as well as 1911"s. This jig/fixture has worked great for me on 1911 hammers & sears as well as a few revolvers. It is great that you can change the sear angles by just a hair to give just the right engagement and have it repeatable.

I listen to my 650 case feeder, you can here them in there. I also listen when I dump a couple of hundred brass into a gallon freezer bag and spray with one shot, when you close the bag and roll them around you can here a cracked case.

I have been having some weird chrono readings with HS-6: I used to get to 168PF with 8.1gr. now a new batch/lot I am having to bump to 8.45 to get the same PF. I have seen small changes with other powders but I guess you really have to watch HS6 batch variations. I am using individual pounds as I can get them locally cheap, but looks like I am going to have to buy an 8lb.er. 9mm Major-125 Zero JHP-WSR-1.16"-mixed, Bedell shorty with holes. Note; This is also a warning as it could go both ways?
