  1. True, and Jager makes a fine lightweight striker.
  2. A 6# trigger spring is not recommended for Gen 4 Glocks as it "May" cause trigger reset issues. Some report issues with Ghost triggers but all I have installed worked as they should. Many good options and shooters have personal preferences.
  3. This modification to the trigger bar with no other changes will lower the trigger pull weight by approximately 16 oz.

    Vanek trigger

    Just swap the ejectors.

    Vanek trigger

Yes, it will work in any of the small frame Glocks. The large frame Glocks take a different trigger.
  6. I have tested the trigger pull weight on many custom Glock triggers and the only one that had a 2.0# pull weight was a Joe D trigger where the relocated trigger pad alone reduces the pull by approximately 1#. Vanek and DK both make excellent but slightly different triggers.
  7. They are listed on the website. Look at the part number you ordered and it will tell you if the spring is OEM weight or otherwise.
  8. You must be a Magician.
  9. You already have the major components for a light trigger. The Vanek trigger is slightly lighter than most on the market due to the location of the trigger spring on the trigger bar which reduces the pull weight approximately 4 oz. If you want something with a lighter trigger pull you may want to ship your pistol to Joe D. who modifies the trigger bar for a reduction of approximately 16 oz.
  10. Polish the OEM firing pin and go with a 4.5# firing pin spring and your trigger pull weight will increase approximately 5oz. but it should not double. . Your Zev 2# spring is actually a 4# spring.
  11. To complete your second statement I will say Unless you know what you are doing..
  12. On Gen 4 Glocks change all springs once a year or every 10,000 rounds whichever comes first. Clean, Lube, Shoot.
  13. What area are you bending for reduced pretravel? The leg where the trigger spring connects is heated and moved forward slightly.
  14. I have installed several Ghost connectors in G43's and everyone has been pleased with the results. I have not tried the TTI connectors in a G43 as I still have several EDGE connectors. The word CRISP is so overused on gun forums.

    What he said.
  16. My experience is similat to Rooster's, no light strikes with 4.5# Wolff Springs which are changed every 10,000 rounds will the other springs. The last time I had a light strike was with an OEM spring shooting WWB and many others using ammunition from the same case had the same issue. Changed ammunition and all the light strikes went away. None since then with any spring or ammunition used.
  17. I have owned a few KKM Glock barrels and all of them grouped better than the Wilson barrel I had.
  18. I tried one and saw no accuracy improvement over the OEM barrel. The OEM barrel also had a tighter lock up than the Wilson barrel.
  19. Reduced power recoil spring that is only strong enough to make the slide go completely into battery every time it is fired. This may vary slightly from pistol to pistol. What is the purpose of a crazy fast cycling Glock?

    Glock 17 vs. 34

I agree with this entire post. Several years back Glock INC. stated in their magazine their most accurate pistol was a G30.
  21. I would expect the VP9 to shoot the best groups.
